The truck was very dirty. It only had 2/3 tank of gas. We rented a utility dolly and the strap was almost completely worn in half.

This was not the location I reserved to drop off. This got changed without my approval. I was supposed to leave on Evans street. I also prepaid a hand truck. There were already 2 on the truck so I wasted my money on that. I hope I never have to use U-Haul again!!!!!!!!!!!

I want you to understand that I will NEVER rent a truck from UHAUL and Holloman Furniture ever again! I picked this truck up from Holloman Furniture Store on Greenville Blvd. The rental was from 10 am-6 pm. Upon picking up the truck the employee from Holloman informs me that there is an issue with my account info being associated with another account. I had to call UHAUL. After everything was taken care of, the employee from Holloman Furniture stopped communicating with me. She did not answer via text or phone call for more than an hour of my attempting to reach out to her. She finally sent a text saying she was out shopping and had just seen my message. I was livid as I had been in the parking lot with the truck since 10 am. The rental fee was taken out of my account, I received a contract via email, but no code to get the key out of the lockbox was given to me. AGAIN, I had to call UHAUL! I called them a half dozen times to rent that bad driving truck! I was also quoted multiple prices for renting this truck and the per-mile rate. I was finally able to drive away from Holloman Furniture after 1 pm. Finally, when I returned the truck, UHAUL tried to charge me $65 for gas and $25 for a cleaning fee. I did not even chew gum in the truck! The truck had 1/8 of a tank when it was picked up. I left more gas in it than what was originally in it. This entire process could have been so much better. The truck rental cost me $148.06 plus $30 in gas. Before I rent from UHAUL and Holloman Furniture again, I will rent a shrimp boat to move! Very bad experience and it was almost 100 degrees outside! Every time UHAUL was called there was a 20â€"25-minute wait for an associate. I can see why this business is in the condition that it is!

The one issue I had was I ordered and paid for an sppliance dolly, but the truck only had sma dolly on it......final bill still had appliance dolly charged

My only complaint is using your app to check in and out. Would not upload any pictures to site kept getting errors. Took me 30 min to check in if it weren't for Candice helping me on her personal time I would still be waiting. I had to send her the pictures and she uploaded them.

Check experience was confusing, camera took multiple attempts to capture my face. Would have been nice if I were able to go through the process of scanning ID and submitting pictures BEFORE pickup as this added stress and time. More texting notifications to walk me through the process would be preferred to me having to check my account online for nearly everything. Also the dolly I ordered was missing from the truck making the move much more difficult. Lastly, when dropping off the keys it wasn't clear where to drop them, if in the drop box or back in the lock box where I got them from. This could have been much more clear with a reminder text.
