Jim GPaperwork on fuel was wrong. My contract stated 3/4 to full tank upon departure from Washington and I returned it in Hollister with 3/4 to full tank and Hollisters paperwork said full tank . Took a bit to sort out but she was very friendly and courteous.

Jon AI reserved a car dolly . One day before l need it. When I arrived to pickup the car dolly. I was told the car dolly was out and rented. I received a confirmation that the dolly was reserved for me. I was told that he was over booked for that day I had a reservation. ?? Should forget about making reservations online? Fortunately he had a car trailer available Costing more money.

Randy LThe cargo van is in good operating order, but I did mention it was not clean inside and out before I rented. After I returned the cargo van I checked off on your list that it was not clean, and now I'm charged to have it clean, not fair at all.

EDWIN PThe check in process was difficult. I wish there had been someone on site at 8:00 so I did not have to used the app. Additionally, I arranged for 2 movers with my order, and those two movers never showed up. The truck itself was good, and the gentleman at the location was very nice and professional.
