I reserved the truck I wanted a day earlier and I would have thought that it would be ready for me to pick up. Instead I was given the key and told that the truck was parked across the street ( a very busy street) and the entire parking lot was a thick sheet of ice. Slipped twice and spent ten minutes trying to get the truck out because the tires could not get traction. To make matters worse, I rented the truck for one day and was charged for three resulting in me having to call the UHual 1-800 number numerous times to get the correct total charged to my credit card. I have already shared my horrible experience with co-workers and friends who asked how my weekend went and do not plan to use this company again

It took a while to get service.....this location is afiliated with a truck parts company. Was told that fuel level was 1/2 full but because of the slow service and being behind schedule I didn't check the fuel gauge but down the road I noticed that the fuel level was below 1/2.No time to turn back . Was penalized $22.00 for bringing it .back at the same level I got it. Go figure???????????????. On top of it the computer froze at Grimsby and did not recieve a bill.

Not well marked from the road, difficult to find if you’re from out of town. Was a far pickup as a Hamilton customer.

no one seemed to care about helping us. we had movers waiting and the process took way too long....there was no empathy to us, nothing. no one walked us around the vehicle to see what if anything was wrong with it. the gas notification was wrong, we were told it was almost at 3/4 full but it was only 1/2 full....problems! we had to cross a busy road to get to the isolated truck, could this not have been waiting for us in the main lot? they knew we were coming

I had booked an appliance dolly but rental location was not aware of this when my son (who was listed as a second driver) picked up the truck.
