We dropped off after hours which was very convenient, saving another trip and we checked in with the drop off location who acknowledged receipt of two trailers.
She was friendly and very helpful.

I would recommend providing tire chains in the winter since the trucks don’t have 4 wheel drive. I was towed out of snow drifts 3 times in the last two days. Chains would have helped.

We had a hard time returning the trailer on line. When returning it it was trying to get our location. My location ony phone was turned on but it kept spinning trying to find location. It was late and we finally just left as we have a big travel day planned.

The first truck had a severe oil leak from the axle. The second truck I wasn’t told to take pictures of the odometer. I drove it 130 and has charged for 210. Because I didn’t take pictures of the odometer I don’t have a case. Protect yourself from uhaul and take pictures of everything or use someone else.

They misquoted me and never showed me any paperwork. I called uhaul to work this out and was told I would receive a call back before being charged but never was then received an email with my charges today without a call. I will just hire movers next time and not use uhaul.

The place I picked it up wasn't the problem! They were the only ones that helped me. I will never use uhaul ever again. Everytime I called i either got the run around or got treated like crap!! Then I see you still changed me for bring it back late even knowing it was your guys fault that I was late bring it back. Also I had to spend 130 dollars on a hotel because of everything that went wrong because of you guys!
