I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. I was assured that I would have 2 follies in the truck when I picked it up. I had the truck for 3 hours and couldn't do anything with it because of that!!! My husband had to leave work and pick them up at another location. They couldn't care less and didn't try to remedy it. They just told me I would have to go get it. They said there wasn't anything on my receipt about 2 follies. I told them I spoke with Greg the Regional manager(?) and he told me they would be in there. It was going to be 61.09 and change and then it changed to 43.00 and change! It was a horrible experience!

Website for pick up was not working correctly. Guy I reach on the help line clearly hated his job and had terrible customer service. Treated me like I was an imbasol when in reality they were having technological issues.

Amanda L.I don't like doing reservations on line. When I come into the store for service I expect to be treated as a customer should be. Instead told, you have a phone book your reservation on line. YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS A VERY DISAPPOINTING.. This was the Clarksville store on Wilma Rudolph. The person at Hilltop was polite and helpful. God help your store in Clarksville.

The brake booster sounds like it is leaking and the AC makes a terrible noise that can be heard while idling. Will not rent a Uhaul again. Terribly overpriced too... I should have compared with other companies.

elizabeth I.Not happy with UHAUL customer service. My drop off location changed as soon as I arrived at my destination. Tried calling customer support number, which took 15 minutes the first time. Original drop off was only 7 miles away. Next drop off was 25 miles away. Uhaul did NOT tell me of times of closing. Had to leave trailer there without confirmation of checking out. Did not have internet to do self check out. Called UHAUL number AGAIN but took 30 MINUTES to speak to customer support and they could not do anything to close out my order. Uhaul needs better customer support!!!

Didn't get a notification that the reservation had moved to Hilltop. One of the employees at Willma R was no help and going to let me leave without helping.Finally a young man stepped in and helped.
