BILLY FMrs. Hill could be a lot more customer-friendly. Also, it would help her (Mrs. Hill) to understand that it is very important to move expeditiously and not slothfully while servicing the customer. Knowledge is power. Update the technology for quicker and faster service.

Carl GMy comment is for U-Haul administration and not this location. I had to wait 4 hours before getting the trailer because U-Haul administration said I had a problem and could not rent anything with them. After waiting for your response, the rental was granted but I never receive any comments from your organization explaining what the problem was. I was thrown 3 hours behind on my plans for 5/3/23 which caused problems for me and my family.

Leonard MThe pickup location was excellent! No problems at all! The drop off location was horrible! The Caucasian female that called me about equipment that was already returned,was rude, unprofessional,and even after realizing that SHE was in error,no acknowledgement,or apology for calling me in error and it was HER MISTAKE. I hate that location and would NEVER recommend that place to anyone. She also charged a fraudulent gas fee! I took pictures of the gas and mileage! I hope to NEVER have to use that location again if she is representative of your customer service. My name is Janet H. I said what I meant and I mean what I say. That female must be sleeping with the manager or owner.She should either be retrained or fired. She is a horrible representative for your company. No response desired!Learn how to talk to people ! The only reason that she didn't get cussed out is because I was coming back from burying my Mom and was very preoccupied. Any other time she would have gotten lit up with a mouthpiece with no filter or brakes with her disrespectful self. Customer service is a thing of the past and you proved it!😡

BRIAN SMrs. Hill was very nice and helpful. I did clean the seats and steering wheel because it did not feel very clean. Also, I had to go to another dealer to get moving blankets. Other than those two things, it was a very good experience.

EDWARD MVery friendly staff & clean location BUT — Dead bed bugs & a couple live ones were found in the U-Haul truck. I think it should be mandatory for U-Haul to check for these. It’s frustrating to think the U-Haul will be clean, yet find such a difficult bug to get rid of crawling on your items. Will definitely check in the future.

Edgar HI ended up at this location because they had the size truck I needed and I appreciated that they were proactive in meeting my needs and they were friendly. They were able to change my drop off location (or at least said they could) after I requested a different drop location than what was auto selected online. The change in location became a problem for drop-off but I don't think it is the pick-up locations fault.
