These people we amazing. Uhaul, out of corporate office called me in the middle of our move and told me we had to deliver our trailer, when finished, to a different location 30 miles away. We were facing a winter storm warning. We called this office in Barron and they switched us back. I think U haul was trying to have us relocate their trailer. Always call these locations directly...

Nice Lot for pickup or drop off, only comment to improve would recommend being open on weekends as this to me, is generally when folks are off work to pick up or drop off trucks or equipment. Although drop box for key is great.

The place was not open on Saturdays and the drop-off instructions and where to leave the truck was a little confusing but my son helped us out on the technology part of the drop off.

I'm disappointed. By phone I was told that the Lindstrom store was the closest location to Minneapolis airport. Lie. 50 minutes drive in a Uber. Lindstrom doesn't have my equipments reserved 1 week before. I need to drive 60 more miles to Baron, and they close in 1 hour. Disappointed and I had no other choices at that time. I believe that you need to provide some monetary discount for my rental. IT WAS VERY UNFAIR.

I think it would be helpful if you would tell customers that when it rains some of your items may get wet that are in the far back by the door of the trailer. That happened to me boxes got wet and a piece of furniture. If I knew I would have put some type of covering over it. It rained the whole time I was driving the trailer.

the self check in your uhaul when the place is closed is a joke. Didn't recognize the location so you have to call back and wait for someone to talk to FOREVER!. WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW THEY WERE CLOSED. I would have went somewhere else

It would have been helpful to understand mobile pick up was not an option when placing this order. Unfortunately, we had to wait over 60 minutes for the business to open in order to complete the "mobile pick up" process. Additionally, we never received a call the day prior confirming pick up time / location.

provide the rental at the actual location where it was promised when reserved about a month prior, instead of making someone drive an extra 140 miles round trip to pick up the wrong size rental truck as a "consolation prize."

I had a problem when i dropped the trailer off since there was no one there. When I called to get help, I dealt with a person that would not offer another option but transferred me to a scheduling person who solved my problem.

Wonderful place. My first time renting a uhaul. Everyone was amazing at helping me figure it all out. Than bad weather delayed me taking my foster care kids. So they helped me out with that. Amazing team of people thank you for making a stress ful time. Relaxing.

The safe driver insurance was charge up front and at the end. I wasn't aware it would be a 2 time charge? Also my rented dolly wasn't supplied to me but charged?

We reserved a 20' truck on the 8th of June for pick up in Eau Claire WI on the 28th. We were told we could pick up in Eau Claire. On the 27th we received an email and a text message stating we were to pick up a 15' and trailer in Barron WI. That is an hour away from Eau Claire. I call customer service and was on hold for half an hour when I got a hold of someone, Started to explain what poor communication and change in out reservations when she hung up on me. Called later at 2:00 in the morning and got nowhere with the person on line. The way things were handle is considered very poor customer service. It is apparent to me that U-Haul as a business has no regard to customer service. Any other business treating their customers in this way would not last long. Not very happy at all!!!!!!! A co-worker had the same experience when their 20" truck was not available. They were given the option of a small van. They were unable to move with a van.

Cleaning the uhaul before sending to a customer would be ideal. We also had some issues with the booking but I do have to say uhaul did make the rental much better by offering a credit

We just dropped off truck at night and put the key in drop box. So never talked with anyone.

I was very disappointed that we were not able to have the truck for normal 2 days and drop it in Baraboo as planned. We picked the truck up approx. 1:30 pm. We were told someone else rented the truck for 9:00 am in the morning. So we had to drive the 3 hours to Mauston WI, unload quickly, then come back to Barron the 3 hours, then drive 3 hours back home to Mauston again. AND... we were charged the additional mileage to bring it back to Barron for the other party. We saw the truck the next day in Mauston.

I tried to pay cash for the rental. The pick up location said they needed to have a credit card on file to hold until i returned the trailer and paid cash. During our trip i received a notice from my bank. Uhaul had charged my debit card which then left no money available in my account for my auto pay bills. This included my IRS payment which went into default for in sufficient funds. I was contacted by the local uhaul rep in wisconsin who was apoligetic and offered email discounts for our troubles. Those coupons never arrived. Its a simple rental with the countries biggest moving company and they failed us on many levels.

the windshield was dirty on the inside and the left front head lamp didn't work at first ,it did come on and off on my trip .it was very hard to see at night with the one head lamp .
