Harriet SilanoU-Haul needs to do something about their on-line check in. Twice at 2 different locations we were not able to confirm the truck was returned because locations could not be found even though this was the approved drop spot. Was extremely aggravated with not being able to drop truck at a more convenient location even though I chose not to leave vehicle at the choices I was given. Phone representative refused to accept the first location and made us drive to a facility much farther away adding to the already long day we were experiencing. You must do better.

Patricia LeyburnThe U-Haul truck itself is fine. Unfortunately when we rented the Uhaul going one way using cash the person who rented us the U-Haul ask for a $100 cash deposit which would be paid back when we delivered the Uhaul to the U-Haul dealer in our area. Since this happened I have learned that on a one-way trip $100 cash deposit is not to be collected. This is where the problem originated. When I went to return the truck at the location given to me to drop off the truck( Pinehurst Avenue in Aberdeen North Carolina) the person responsible for checking in the Uhaul said he did not know what I was talking about when I ask for my deposit back and offered no other suggestion. I asked him if he wanted to call U-Haul and he told me he didn't do that and he has no money for me. He dropped the key on the ground and told me to go take the truck somewhere else. I asked him what I was doing wrong and asked him why he was so upset. He said I don't have any f****** money for you and get the f*** off my property before I call the cops. I left his property and called you all. Thankfully there was another dealer in the area that was willing to work with me and get my deposit back ( this is the area I was asked to rate as my drop off location oh, so I gave 5 stars because this person actually wanted to help) as far as the person working on Pinehurst Avenue in Aberdeen North Carolina, I feel very strongly that this person should not be working for U-Haul or with the general public period.

HEIDI YODERThe mileage price they now charge was ridiculous. Also there online website is very confusing. I picked a particular location...and they managed to schedule me for a total different location which was about 20 more inured away. What a disaster. Don't think I'll use this again and I've used uhaul very often in the past.
Darnell RangerWonderful owner, brought me a bottle of water and helped me unload, made up for all the crap I endured from the Youngstown main office had me dealing with. Would recommend highway 54 storage for rental and other services they offer. Very very nice people
