The parking is terrible there. No clear path on where to park your personal vehicle and it is right off a 3-lane each side major road that is 50-55mph. So know where to park would reduce the stress of getting off that major road. If someone else is in the process of picking up there is no parking available out front and no signage of where to park otherwise.

DONALD GThe guy called me and didn’t even try to be nice he was very condescending and just mean overall. I’ve rented tons of uhauls and have never been treated like that. The Uhaul about 2 minutes from this one the owner is literally the nicest person on the planet. It’s a shame her sales are probably effected by this location

Fernando VTire pressure was 40 but was supposed to be 65. It wasn't even ready and we called to say we would be 15 min late. They cleaned it while I was doing paperwork. Attendant was brusesque and not very helpful. Our last rental had doors instead of a roll-away door which made it harder to load. It was a very old trailer and it looked it.

vctoria VThe location did not accept trailers. Although the staff was friendly, it posed a problem since I was required to take the trailer to another UHaul location. Your website drop off location was inaccurate. Another problem for after hours drop off. U-Haul in NewPort Richey area has too many franchises of which not all provide needed services. I noticed a similar situation in Greensburg Pa. Three unhaul locations in a small area radius with two of them giving the appearance the location has nothing to offer but signage.

MITCHEL PUhaul changed my drop off location and I am not happy about it. I am the customer and you are supposed to accommodate me and not the other way around. I will never use this company again!!!! Even if the other companies are 2x more expensive
