I dropped my truck off, I called a couple of times to confirm they got it, it says it opened at 1pm, but waited until 2pm and no body body opened the store, so dropped the key in the lock box and tried calling, but no responcecharles S.

This oving has been a nightare. I was told there wd be oving blankets and shrink wrap...none. I had to WAIT on the truck even tho it was all supposed to be set up and ready to go...thus I had 11 people who had to WAIT ON me to get the truck there so they cd load it. I was not told there was a safe overs pkg? Only the $75 pkg so had to add MORE money. Then I see that u haul took out the $799.....then put it back in y aacnt and took it out again! I was NOT and a NOT impressed....Yet I have more to move and need another truck. Shd I go with u haul?? I don't know....none of y helpers were impressed either.desiree F.

When a customer calls after business hours, even though there is a number to call for assistance or help, someone should be there to help. We had an experience where we rented a truck and the truck we were assigned to was locked, so we called customer service three times with no answer, so we had to apply again to get a different truck which that one was unlocked, but the fact that the business needs to check to make sure trucks are unlocked from the previous user, for next costumers to use.Chelsey G.
Clean the trailer, we had to sweep out lots of dirt before using the trailer. Also have the right size, preferably the size ordered. Weeks earlier. Horrible service.Preston E.
Was contacted on what time to pick the uhaul up a couple of days prior. Set up a time for 4:30, but the person said you can pick up prior if you would like. After driving 3 hours across the state, we get to the office to find a note on the door that said it closed at noon that day. We were obviously in shock because no one called us that day notifying us the office would be shut down on Friday afternoon. We called the number provided to us in the confirmation email, with no answer and only a voicemail. We then contacted Uhaul itself to be put on hold for a long period of time. After about 15-20 minutes a man comes out of the other side of the office asking if he could help us with something. We told him yes, we were there to pick up a uhaul and was only an hour early. We wanted to pick it up early due to the thunderstorm that was going to happen anytime. Then outsteps a woman saying she was going to open the office back up at 4:30 for us. Her clothes were all disheveled and hair was a mess. Once they signed the contract to rent the truck, she did no inspection of the truck before hand and did not explain the terms. This service was VERY unprofessional and would NOT recommend this location to anyone due to the obvious of what was going on. Closing the office to have a quickie while customers are freaking out that your office says closed is extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I have been a Uhaul customer in the passed with no issues, we have never treated this poorly or unprofessional.Daren D.
You need to overhaul your website rental interface. Before I chose this location I read many many reviews about how the system took way too long and many representatives had trouble with the system. That was the case for me as well. The representative tried and tried to use the site but she had to call in the information as your website would not work. It was a good thing I was not in a hurry. As far as Hannah and the experience...she was so kind that no matter the problems I would rent here again because of her.Chris S.
