The truck had lots of dirt in it. I had to sweep and wash. Also the truck was quite bumpy and I never felt safe driving it

Steve BrownYour phone app is not very user friendly and often required entering the sample information multiple time because it was not syncing properly. Also the app does not allow access to my photos so I had taken pictures of odometer and vehicle and lock truck and dropped key in drop box but couldn’t upload pictures as it want pictures taken from camera not photo library but I couldn’t retake pictures because truck was locked up. You should allow the app to use either photo library or camera because as a customer I also want to maintain evidence of the vehicle for my protection not just provide it to you.

eliot jacobsenTruck wasn’t clean, had chewing tobacco in it. Back of the truck hadn’t been swept out. None of the dollys I requested were in the truck when it was picked up, I had to go get them the next day. Even then, the woman at the counter didn’t believe me when I said I didn’t receive them.

DAVID BLAIRTruck was dirty. Gas gage read half way Under Empty. I was worried I make it to A gas station. I wasted ten miles getting gas before I could start my move. I ordered a furniture dolly so I could move refrigerator. U-Haul didn’t have one little supplies. Poor Service

Cindy WayneThe cell phone service is really bad. I was checking in and out through the app and it took over 40 minutes for me to get through check in and get my key. The app is not the greatest and it took way to long for me to get responses and to get approved. I am a returning customer and have an account with U-Haul and the check process should be much smoother.
Zachary HunterThe location did not have the equipment I reserved and said that they had been out of that equipment for months. They did not tell me this until AFTER they had confirmed my reservation and taken payment. As a result, I had to drive 20 extra miles and my husband missed an important work conference in order to get the equipment we needed. I also was charged for a 20' truck when I only reserved a 15' truck. This cost me approximately $36 extra and I have not received any refund.

Vicki ONealI tried to use the virtual checkin and the system was down. It delayed my pickup by an hour which impacted the move I had setup. They told me that it would be working when I returned the truck later that evening. Still wasn't working when I tried returning. Major pain!
James HelmerThe self checkout system, both online and the truck share app, did not work as expected. Receptionist at the desk did not have any tools or resources to help.
brennan strattonI cleaned and photographed the truck. Checked it in on your app just like I was an employee, and for the privilege of doing the work your staff used to do, I was charged a "$20 after hours fee." I paid almost $130 after mileage and fees when all I did was run errands around town for less than a full afternoon. I used to go to the old Uhaul in Lehi off I-15 all the time, but it's closed down. This was such an annoying experience I not only won't ever use your Highland location again, I'm done with uhaul. I hate reading and writing bad reviews, but seriously, this was a terrible value and frustrating.
Kyle BeckerI think the miles charge should be much less I paid 3 times as much as the truck was for 50 miles. Or at least give the first 20 miles free but these fees are way to high and not right other places charge 59 cents to 80 cents the 1.29 is way to high.

Michael DouglassThe process of renting the u-haul, the truck, and the facility were all great. However when I received my receipt, I had been charged an after hours return fee. I had returned the truck during business hours and did the self check out procedure. And, the $19.99 sign splashed across the truck is misleading for sure. I had the truck for a few hours, drove 50 miles total, put gas in the tank, and paid $117 :/

John StotzerWe rented 2 furniture dollies and they were not in the truck. I called the location where I picked it up and told be to call uhaul. I literal spent 1 hour on the phone waiting for someone to answer it to find out how I can get refunded $14 for the Dollie’s that I never received. Scott JohnsonThe truck was not clean. We had to sweep the inside before loading. The transmission is awful. We couldn't drive faster that 45 mph because it wouldn't shift. We ended up having to put in 13 gallons of gas for the 58 miles we drove it. It was completely unsafe and should not have been rented in that condition. I feel this isn't entirely the fault of the location. And the people that work there are friendly and helpful.

Jacob ParkinsonWhen I arrived to pick up my 15 foot rental truck there was no information about my reservation. The guy working at that location in Lehi had to make a phone call to find out that my pickup location had been changed at just that moment to another location in Silicon Slopes, several miles away. I had reserved the truck until the next day ,Sunday, and was told to have it back by 11:00 am. I returned the truck later that night (around 2:00 am) so that I wouldn't be charged for more than one day. On the following Monday I received an invoice via email that showed I was being charged for 3 days.

Robert GuidottiConvenient for the storage unit I have there. Complicated to get it reserved from there. Had to go through a few layers/levels to make the reservation. I used it for 2 days and it cost $210 (for 100 miles and two days rental) and another $50 for gas. So, functional, but not inexpensive.
WILLIAM LAWLERPlease put the right key with the right truck. I might recommend this place for convenience. They are still getting used to things.
