The uhaul personnel was 30mns late for my appointment and delivered the uhaul with less than 1/8 of a tank. This delayed my operation extending my moving process causing my storage facility to be closed by the time I got there. I was 3mns too late and had no choice to leave my things in the uhaul and reconvene at a later time, which with my work schedule took 3 days. This was a huge inconvenience and a costly one, I will never use Uhaul again !

Why it cost me $8.00 in fuel to only do 4.4 miles and this is not the first time when you bring it back with the fuel you get they say it's wrong.

Rep forgot keys for another van in my van and I had to drive back and bring him the keys wasting about 3-5 miles which I was still charged for

Rented a truck it was not cleaned out had debris and plastics inside but didn't make an issue it was for moving. Returned the vehicle swept it and actually had a broom and dust pan in my hand at the return. Employee stated I was going to be charged $25 for a cleaning and called someone to see if it was rented that way. The person said no but they havd no photos of how it was rented and forced charged $25 on my card.... I totally felt scammed and have very little recourse.

Have working restroom Was 1 hour late so had to rebook but took 2 hours while vehicle was on hand

The employee was friendly but inefficient, and in spite of having a reservation, I had to wait about 30 minutes for him to find the right truck, get permission for it to be released, and get my information inputted into the system. I noticed as I drove off the lot that the gas tank was empty even though it had been recorded on my contract as partly full. The vehicle was in good condition, but the cargo bed was dirty. If renting from here again, I would be careful about making sure the vehicle was as promised before leaving the lot.

They provided good service but charge you for what you don't even want . i drobe 11 miled in a smool vav I add 2.53 gallon of gaz sill charge me for gaz i have my insurance tha could cover the van still change me $ 15 insurance not good.

I fueled the van back about 5/6 blocks from the location to 1/2 tank where they say it was, and they charged me for gas saying it was below, and to be perfectly honest I got it a little below the half sign and I didn’t make it a fuss when I took he van.

The prices charge by U-Haul is basically a scam. Purchase a van for one day at $19 and ended up paying $179. Travel 57 miles return at Van in approximately six hours. Would never go through U-Haul again.

The truck was terribly dirty and smells like fish. Right now, all my furnitures and mattresses are smelling like fish. The location is extremely filthy. The attendant has the worst customer service I have ever seen in any business in my entire life. When I returned the truck, it took him a long time to process my receipt. While I am waiting for him, he was on the lhone talking with his girlfriend and worst of all, I had it on speaker phone and I could here te entire conversation. When I asked him to hurry up and process my receipt, he told me I was wasting his time. He claimed he has sent the receipt to my email bit when I checked, there was no receipt in my email box. I insisted on a hard copy receipt because when I picked up the truck, he claimed he sent the contract to my email but he didn't. So I couldn't trust him this time again and that is why I insisted he printed out a hard copy receipt for me. Than he asked me to pay him a dollar in order to get my receipt. Honestly, if it was possible to grade this location at a minus, I would have done that. I will not recommend anyone to use this location and if my opinion matters, I will advice Uhaul to shut it down. I have been using Uhaul for more than 10 uears now and this is the first time I ever saw such a thing. This location is extremely terrible. Please Uhaul, do something about it else you will loose all your business.

Professional respect and customer need more hours and time to move the boss for the business is very ignorant he was rushing the movers them so much every 10 minutes he keep calling them and calling my phone to bring the Truck back while they still packing my stuff from the Truck horrible business I would not recommend not even my worst enemy Gloria Mortimer thank u

The area manager as well as the manger are both unprofessional....the manager charges what ever he wants ....THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN AND BE INVESTIGATED....I NOTIFIED CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU....THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED ...SENT EMAIL AFTER A WHOLE MONTH STATED I OWE OUTSTANDING BALANCE UNDERCOVER NEED TO BE SENT HERE . PAID PORTION IN CASH CLEARLY ACT LIKE I DIDNT....I RATHER PUT MY BOXES IN A SHOPPING CART THEN TO EVER USE THEM AGAIN FILE COMPLAINT IT TAKES 3 DSYS WITH ANSWER IF U GET ONE...GOOD LUCK TO U IF U DECIDE TO USE THEM....
