imorove communication between uhaul and pick up location. imorove pick up time. mine took over 2 hours due to lack of communication.

Brandon H.The reservation wasn't listed as a remote pick-up so I had to call in because the app was telling me I had to wait until the location opened. Your customer service phone support is dreadful. Once I finally got the code to my lockbox they put the wrong key in it, I had to wait for a worker to come in and open the others to find my key. He couldn't get them open because they were frozen, he brought a torch but it was out of gas. The app and website are awful, wouldn't register the pictures I was taking. There was not a single thing about my experience with U Haul or High Road Towing that was pleasant in any way.
Ethan H.I do not like the lack of someone to assist and the fact everything is to be done from an app. I probably took 50 pictures of the dash (gas gauge, mileage) & submitted and none of them were accepted, leaving us to call for assistance after wasting at least half an hour in the rain. This is not to mention the only available trucks were 10' and that wasn't even the closest location. Overall it was not a good experience, and I would suggest that if these locations the trucks are parked at are so busy that there is never a choice of different sized trucks maybe a human employee would be helpful.
