Drop off was outside, location was closed. There was nothing on the app explaining that. If it wasn't for another truck parked outside, I would not know what to do.

Juan S.Not overbook the rental. I paid for 24hours and was called in the evening, asked to return my rental before they closed, because it was reserved in the am for another customer. I said I would consider bringing the uhaul back, if I had an opportunity to. They sent me a confirmation text saying it was due at 7pm. I paid for the full 24hours and wasn't offered any discount or coupon for my next use.
