Nathan WUhaul employee flattened my tire the first day I rented the uhaul. Then she reports it stolen because she thought I was lying about having a storage. Unprofessional, out of content, and very disappointing! The worst experience I’ve ever had with using a global company known worldwide!! The corporate office was the only thing that made this whole experience hopeful in the end but I would never recommend the uhaul facilities I encountered.

Brad LWhen we picked up the truck it had 3/4 of a tank of gas. Was not a problem because the gentleman we talked to at the pick up point noted that it was less than full. He said to fill it up as per our contract agreement and that they should adjust the final payment to compensate for the difference. We topped the tank off and swept it out. They still charged us for a sweep out fee and there was no adjustment for the gas after we topped it off. Extremely disappointed with our service at the drop off place in Roseburg Or.

Matthew SWhen I picked up my equipment they offered to waive the extra day charge and I accepted. But when I dropped off my equipment they charged me the extra day. I don’t mind paying what’s due just thought that was odd since I was told otherwise. Other then that great experience.

Paul SI was charged 11$ because you changed the drop off location AFTER I picked up the truck. The lady at the usual was excellent customer service, but I ended up grabbing to return it all the way back to Sutherlin which caused me to go over my miles allotted. Not cool

TERESA EI wanted to mention that she charges a sweeping fee of 25 for a couple leaves and coffee beans in the back, the back wasn't clean when I got it, if that is the standard. I used 40 less miles than I paid for and added $10.00 or 3 gallons more than I got it with. $25.00 for 3 mins.of sweeping?

Barbara NI tried to do the check in process online, I signed in online and got a new code sent, Yuen it said session expired. We put the keys in the box because they weren’t open till 10 am and didn’t want to be late - it was due at 9. Anyway, I was charged 20.00 for after hours drop off. I called the lady and explained I was given the session expired notice when trying to log in, she just said she was required by u Haul to add the charge.

mary hThe lady was extremely rude and did not provide me or tell me what and why i was being charged more when returning the truck. I called her on the day of the return and asked her if i could return 2 hours later than the return time. She said absolutely not a problem. Then when i got to the store she added all kinds of changes and i paid more when returning the truck, then when i originally rented it! She was so rude and kept rolling her eyes and refused to accept cash!!! I will never use this store again!!
