a bit newer truck with some newer technology would be very helpful. For example, rearview camera should be a standard.

The truck was dirty and the images on the app did not match the truck I was given, poor experience. I would not rent a truck from this location again.

Shawn WI actually had a pretty horrible Uhaul experience, but the service from Hide Away storage was excellent. The only times available on Uhauls drop down menu both said AM. I selected 12:30 am instead of PM because it was the only selection showing, thinking it was a glitch, but Hideaway expected me at 12:30am, so I had wait when I got there, causing me to lose one of my moving helpers. Then the appliance dolly that was clearly available on Uhauls site did not exist at Hideaway, so then I had no help and no dolly. THEN I realize there is no ramp. Needless to say I couldn’t move anything but I few boxes. It was a terrible experience, but the gentleman at Hideaway really did his best. He provided excellent customer service and tried to help me as best he could, and I really appreciated that.

ERICFOSTER BThe truck we not road worthy I was never so afraid to drive in my life (over 40 years). There was something wrong with the steering truck was terrifying over 55 mph. I had an awful time changing trucks it was a nightmare. I tried to call and complain yesterday but your hold time was almost an hour and I couldn’t wait any longer. Worst u-haul ever experience ever. I am so disappointed
Steve BMaybe post a sign that there is no "drop off box" as the website instructs, it was no problem but I looked for one for a bit before depositing the key back into the locker it came from. May sound silly but I didn't want to deviate from the instructions.

ROBERT TThe online system has problems. I don't know why I can't just submit my info in the office at the pickup location. The app took an extra hour and a half to get working. To add to the confusion, I wasnt sent a code to open the drop box. The man at the hide away facility forgot to give me the gate access code, adding more time waiting over the phone... I could say more, but you get the idea.

Alexander VDue to truck I reserved not being at the pickup location I was given a free day, this location charged me 40 dollars for the extra day and didn't credit me an extra day like I was toldni would be. Please correct this.
