Albert GI made an online reservation for 8:00 am. I showed up at 8 to get the truck I check in and the website tells me to come back at 10:00 when the location opens. Why would I be able to make a reservation when the location is not open? This put me 2 hours behind schedule! Horrible experience with u haul
