Was instructed by the employee to park the truck in the same location from when I picked it up. However, when I returned it after the store had closed on Saturday there was another truck in its place. With no other option to park I had to leave it in the main parking lot.

I always wipe down rentals before I drive them. The wipes I used were pretty well black when I was done wiping things down. Whatever your doing with respect to sanitization for COVID-19, really should be rethought.
This business went above and beyond in assuring we had an awesome experience. We had a few issues during our move in unrelated to the storage facility, they stepped in and helped make the move in process smooth. During our move out we again had an unanticipated delay unrelated to storage facility, yet again their staff assisted in facilitating our move out process and helped us out tremendously. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! Thank you to all the staff members who have helped us during our stay.
Carla did an outstanding job running the office and the storage facility! She was very helpful whenever I had a question or concern about anything. I had been a customer for 5 1/2 years.
Make sure you have everything in the back of the truck that was ordered I did not get my furniture dolly

Uhaul switched my pickup location without letting me know. I found out when I arrived at the location I had picked, only to find out my rental was 30 minutes away. The nice lady at this location made sure I had a truck and waived the fees that she could. She saved my moving day!!
Just dropped the truck off without saying much which may have lead to additional charges because there was no communication.
Picked up the truck on Sunday. Storage place was closed. Had a VERY difficult time using the phone app and had to call u-haul. Then we couldn't get into the lock box and fortunately the caretaker was there and was willing to help us get the key. Never get a truck on Sunday again!
The equipment was dirty and in marginal shape at pickup and had a 1/4 tank of gas. Fortunately our move was short distance so we didn't have to fuel it twice. The quality of customer service was a little less than expected.
There was no air-conditioning in the truck. 100 degrees outside and no working air conditioning. Also- there is a huge soda pop spill in the back of the truck. I do t want to put my clean furniture on someone else's spills.
Two people ahead of me. I still only waited 5 minutes.

Put in all my information online scheduled for 10 hours, got to the place, had to put in all my information again, scheduled for the 10 hours, got a text a few hours later saying that the truck was due at the 6 hour mark when I scheduled for more

Pickup was scheduled for 7 am; however the lockbox my keys were in was inoperable and I was unable to get my truck until 9am when they opened- two hours wasted! When I did finally get keys, and asked to finish the pickup paperwork to annotate miles, fuel, and damaged- I was told to “just take pictures of it All†because the online system was showing as me having already picked up the truck despite not finishing the online process due to not being able to get keys. Additionally, I was charged a $16 fuel fee despite bringing the truck back more full than I received it (3/4 of a tank per the pictures I was Instructed to take at pickup. I've emailed the location and have yet to receive a response or refund.
Make sure the key box that holds the truck key actually will open especially if everything is supposed to be done remotely. Fortunately, a worker was onsite to unlock the box for me or I would have been stuck since he needed to use the master key to open it. I was charged for furniture dolly when they didn't have one for me to use and I couldn't figure out how to delete it from my order. I returned the truck clean except for the fact that I didn't fold 1/2 the furniture pads and then I get a $25.00 cleaning charge? I would have hoped that not removing the dolly charge that they could at least fold 1/2 those blankets for me. Other than the above issues everything else was good.

Very disappointed and will give U-HAUL a poor review. I was promised 20 extra miles due to the distance of the truck pickup and an extra stop needing to be made. I was told that the miles given would be increased from 65 to 85. Both the regional customer help line and the local pickup site guaranteed me that the 20 extra miles were added and will be viewed by the U-Haul location when I return the truck. But when I returned the truck I was told the mileage was set for 65. I know this isn't a huge deal, but it leaves a negative feeling towards U-Haul. I'm not happy about this. I have used U-Haul multiple times, but I'll check into other options next time.

I was over charged my documents say I should be charged $71.00, but $84.00 was charged. Everything was filled up and cleaned just how we received it. Something is wrong with this situation.

Mobile pickup was a mess. Locks were tough to open. The pickup location given in the email was not the same location that was texted to us so we ended up at the wrong one. Customer support couldn't get the combination right for the lock and gave us the wrong truck numbers. Overall would definitely not used U-Haul again this was a nightmare. Our movers were waiting at our house cuz it took over an hour just to get the truck picked up so we were late.
One of the keys was the person who made our reservation and took care of us during the Rental. I wish I knew her name! She is the single-handed reason we will always attempt to use this specific location! So professional and helpful
The truck I rented had a bad Oil light indicator. It would have been nice to know upon renting before I drove off and was concerned that the check oil/ maintenance light was on. In addition, as a new Uhaul customer I didn't know that Uhauls were not a 24 hour rental. My first online rental I made was actually for only 10 hours. I am not sure if it defaulted to this because I indicated the return as the following day and it selected midnight. I wish there was a big red flag that says, do you need your Uhaul longer than X hours. Please adjust your reservation. So I luckily was able to cancel that one and make another. Very confusing.
Absolutely the worst experience I've had in years. I received misleading information.
Parking was limited but the staff was helpful and the equipment in good working order.
The Uhaul I was given was 50k miles past time to retire. The truck would struggle to get up to 40 mph and I honestly thought the engine was going to blow up since the engine rpm was going up to 6000 trying to just get going with the flow of traffic. Unacceptable.

I requested to have a dolly in the back of the truck and it wasn't there. I picked up after hours so I could do anything about it. I called the location and left a message to call me back, I never received a phone call. I called the customer service number and they put a note in my account. I received an email before I was charged saying they would reimburse me the money for the dolly. Then today I looked at my bank account and they charged me for the dolly. This is completely ridiculous for renting a truck for a few hours. I will not recommend uhaul to anyone I know because of the demonstration of incompetence I've witnessed just in the one time that I've used this company.
Very happy with Herriman Storage. The facility provided us with convenience, easy access, and size of storage unit we required.

The address listed on web is wrong so it was hard to find. Owner said she has tried to change it but corporate doesn't get it done.

Insurance was added even though I selected no. Gas mileage was not checked prior to leaving so I took a picture of the gas indicator and filled before returning. I was still charged $30. I had to call to dispute the charges and am waiting for my ticket to be reviewed. Disappointed with the service and now with the overages I have to wait on.

This was overall a poor experience that began with too little information at the time of online reservation that lead to delays picking up the truck leading to delays through out the day and resulting in extra charges.
This location was hard to find
it's been a frustrating experience trying to return the truck because of the hours this location operates. Which I had gone to an official store or used Ryder where I could walk in and talk to somebody.
Helpful and pleasant. Truck was ready when she said it would be. Improvement: She said the truck had a governor on it and that it was set at 55. This was not true. No truck should have a governor set at 55, that's unsafe on roads where the speed limit is 80. The truck drove at 70 which was appropriate.
Our drop off was entered more than 3 hours after it was left at the location where there were no staff. Because of this we were charged for 2 days rental eventhough we had the truck for only about 20 hours. Also, we were charged 28 for the insurance when it was quoted at 14. I will be calling for an adjustment to these charges.

The address listed for this location may have been correct at on time, but it looks like the entrance has been moved. I drove right past the location and only found it because I saw storage units behind a fence where the address points and then drove around the block looking for a way in. The address is listed as 5120 West 12600 South, Herriman, UT. It should be 5120 West Ashfield Dr., Herriman, UT.
There is a need to keep up on the tire maintenance. Tires needed to be balanced. Constant vibration of front tires .
Wasn't very happy that I got charged for two days, even though I had it back in the ten hour frame that I put down on the reservation.
I had to call and be on the phone for almost an hour trying to figure out why I couldn't do the 24-hour pickup. Learned at the end that someone had not finalized the pickup procedure. Along with that, the vehicle seemed in good condition until you actually drove it and found the wipers to be worthless and the passenger mirror to be so loose it didn't work.
Customer service was excellent upon pickup and return. We will definitely rent from them again!
The storage unit is very clean and easily accessible. The only negative thing is I wish there were lights for when you take stuff to the shed at night, it`s very dark
