The salesmen didn't have a clue what to do and gave us the truck without a contract. We kept asking about taking pics and signing docs. He stated "no". It wasn't until three hours later when I got a call from uhaul asking if I still wanted the reservation, at which point I had to do everything that should have been done in the beginning.

I spent more time at the rental facility then it took to load and unload a two bedroom apartment due to technical issues, possibly incompetence of the assistant manager. I finally left after the return process started to take as long as check in. I may use UHaul again, but never this location

Staff at this location were unfriendly and extremely unhelpful. Vehicle was dirty on inside and items ordered on-line were not ready or available. No offer was made by the staff to call other UHaul locations to obtain the missing furniture pads and utility cart. Staff only offered to call Ace Hardware to see if they had any to buy. Vehicle was located off property and had to drive the UHaul staff to that area to pick up the truck as he did not have a car. I would highly recommend this location not participate in the Uhaul program. Poor customer service.

Would not recommend this place to anyone other than my worst enemy. When I made my first call the “manager”'on duty couldn't even quote me a price on the moving blankets then he couldn't even reserve the truck for me , had to call back when another manager was there (how many do they need, place is not that busy) . So then today, literally 9'days after truck was returned to them they charged my credit card for a 3 day rental when I only had it for 24 hours! Very poor management fortunately the general manager was able to help, still waiting on the refund.

I was over-charged by 41 Miles! When picking up the truck the man who helped us was very rude and I have still not heard back about my overcharge.

The person working there stated that he knew nothing about trailers, had no idea about hook up, or anything. We hooked up best we could and left and drove only as far as it took to find someone who could help check our hook up. Turned out the safety brake hook wasnt done properly. This could be huge safety issue.

Location was convenient for my drop off. I did not go inside the office. The employee met me outside for the key. Easy drop off.

The gentleman made me wait 15 minutes outside before unlocking the office door for us to come in. There were 2 staff members that stood over me the entire time. When he checked in the truck he tried to tell me that we didn't return the truck with gas and started calculating how much to charge us I had to go back out to the truck and take a picture of the gas gage to show we actually returned it above what we were supposed to! Then with the dolly situation he called 3 different people because he didn't know how to handle it, and after all that told us that we had to go through the pick up location. When I called the pick up location, they said no it's the drop off location. Either way, the dolly situation was a nightmare and the drop off location has very uneducated staff that make it a LOT harder than it should be.

We switched dropoff when we found a place 4 miles from my new housevAND climate control storage and the other place was mad. She called three times telling us we were late when we had an original 6 day rental. Told her our papers said Tuesday. She wasn't nice about it. We also had to pay for extra mileage because Saco figured wrong. Otherwise I am glad we made it safely from Maine to Florida.

The location you you first sent us to was horrible the guy was rude to my wife. He refused to help me get the car off the trailer or the trailer off the truck. When I said the guy in New York said that he would help ,he said “I don't give a f- - - what some guy in New York said” he said if I didn't like it I should get the “f- - - out” He's the reason I will choose other ways of moveing my cars around. Get. Rid. Of. Him ////

Well my thing was when I called to rent a truck to make a move back home I was quoted a special deal of 95.00 for 2 days and 12 blankets for 10.00. When I went to pick up unit they charged me 165.83. I am 64 and retired. Iam on a fixed income of 999.00 a month to live on. My car had been broke down for 2 weeks waiting for my check the first of the month. It cost me 330.00 to get my car fixed and I had to move. Time I paid my regular debts and gas I was left broke for the rest of the month from the 3rd of mo. Till 3rd of next month. I am an American Veteran. I think the price should be what they tell you when you call to get a price not nearly double when you pick it up !!!!!!!

The service attendant was not friendly at all. I just expected him to be more pleasant. I returned with the key, he was with someone who appeared to be a supervisor and I was just left standing there and ignored. I finally had to interrupt him just to hand over a key...1 second...and leave. The location is great the attendant could be more pleasant. I noted above that I would recommend to a friend because I will assume he was just having a bad day or was new to the job.

I rented this truck to move from my waterfront home in Crystal River to a temporary home inland to avoid hurricane damage from Irma. On pickup, I told the location Manager that the truck only has 1/4 tank of gas for me to make the move and get back to his location. The mass evacuation out of south Florida was underway, and there were very few stations who still had gas. I told him I would not have enough to get back and run all over the county looking for gas. He said "sorry". I told him I expect to pay for the gas I use, but if its not availble, what am I supposed to do? I returned the truck later that night and could indeed not find gas. I received my credit card notice that I had been charged approx. $46 for 1/8 of a tank of gas (5-6 gals). I would hope that Uhaul would not penalize it's customers during a pending castostrophic event --- the mandatory evacuation of millions of people.

Nothing wrong with the truck i got the f650 it had plenty of power and overall smooth ride and im not to big a fan of Ford vehicles but it was nice plus it fit everything i had in my storage unit
