Dean was great to work with.

Equipment wasn't clean because of heavy ice on the trailer. Deane did a great job getting me setup. They were open on Sunday which was great!

Very poor security. No gate. Our unit, along with several others, were broken into a couple of months ago and items stolen. Management promised to erect a security gate, but had yet to do so as of our mid November moveout to a more secure facility. I do not recommend Hermosa Storage. Inspect the facility closely before you make a decision.

Hermosa, CO. UHaul was very easy to deal with. The manager was very pleasant and professional. He just got to business, and got things done. He was also very comforting to let me know that I would be fine driving a big UHaul a long distance by myself. I am a 68-year-old woman. I was fine even in some tough terrain. Altogether a very businesslike, easy experience.

Dean does a great job - easy in and out with online check-in

We had our uhaul trailer all loaded. It was one with a roll up door which was open and when my husband went to load one more thing the door made some terrible noises and it seemed like some springs had broken inside and pulled the door up past retrieving it. Called and no luck fixing it so had to completely unload and return for another type which ate up most of our day and put us behind schedule. That was a huge bummer but all else went good after that.

The truck and auto transport were in poor condition. The truck's steering was all over the place, the air conditioner worked intermittently and the engine ran rough. The cab and windshield were dirty too. The auto transport was missing a safety chain. It felt like it was an opportunity for this location to get rid of “junk”

This is a very customer friendly place.

The thing is, we had a sort of crisis and were stuck in Durango, so it was a welcome support that we could call a couple of Y=Uhaul places and find what we needed just right then. Thank you!

Why did UHaul make me drive 8 miles to drop off the trailer when there are several UHaul locations right in the town of Durango?

The gentleman who runs this facility is always so friendly and accommodating, and makes renting equipment very easy and stress-free.

Uhaul rep had the trailer waiting for my arrival. He did all the hook up and safety checks within minutes. Very friendly and had me out the door in less than 10 minutes. Highly recommend

My trailor lights did not work properly. When I returned to have it looked at, Dean from Hermosa Mini-storage told me it was my truck that had the problem. He replaced the connector wire and it worked until I had to stop once on my way to have it fixed. It was a faulty connector on the trailer and needed to be replaced before I continued my trip. It cost me $77.40 which I will be making a reimbursement claim on soon. He should have said i'm not sure and tested the trailer connector as well instead of insisting it was on my end. I have proof that was not the case. Completely ruined the start of my trip and my timing to the first location!

Super efficient and quick. They were very busy on this Saturday morning, being the only Uhaul open within miles. Despite that they had a lot people working together to make the pickup process very quick and efficient! Thank you!

Not really much. The business operator, Dean Bridgewater, was very helpful. I picked up the trailer right after a big snowstorm and he had to pull another trailer out for me when there was an electrical problem with the trailer he had previously pulled out for me. No complaints or discussion. He just got it done and had me on my way. Great service.

Serial number on contract did not match serial number on the trailer. Caused problem when trailer returned and an hour wait at counter trying to drop off.

Best service I could ask for.

The windshield was filthy, inside and out. The windshield wipers were worthless - skipped and streaked and made a loud (annoying) noise rubbing across the glass. The alignment was way off - pulled do the left big time. Lots of notice abut the miles per gallon, but no info re the size of the tank - hard to estimate distance for refueling stops.

Excellent, John, Dean, and everyone were super nice and helpful.

The facility’s mgt made move-in during an emergency situation easy and efficient. The unit was clean and prepared. We had the unit 4 mo. and never saw any sign of rodents or leakage/moisture.
