All closer drop-offs were "maxed out" so i had to travel another 15 minutes to get to the only open drop-off location. Half way there (on a 30 minute drive) I got a call saying the inconvenient location I was headed to was also "maxed out". Luckily the rep called again to plead for me and was successful. So it was a bit stressful, but all's well that ends well.

No place to go in to complete return, but easy to do, all online! There was a phone number on the sign and I checked in with the location- he had all my info and we were set to go!

Dean is the sweetest! Literally sawed a lock off when I had a domestic emergency years ago. I've rented storage on & off for five years and will miss it when I move.

I was called and texted a lot about transporting a open trailer for some credit. I eventually said yes and it seems like they where going to charge me for it... Also I wasn't given enough miles to travel to my destination. 2 fastest routes are going through 285 or I 25 North. But I was only given 396 miles.

It’s a bummer that I the renter have to do all of the rental return , ie take photos and figure it all out myself. Aren’t I paying for some sort of service or no? Also if people offer a 24 hour drop off they should answer their phone or have someone to answer their phone when customers are confused about the return process. After three long days of driving and one day on unloading , figuring out the return was stressful.

Designate vehicles which may be smoked in and those that may not. The odor inside those that have been smoked in is very offensive and lingers for an extended period of time.

The Truck was filthy inside the box. I had to clean it out myself before I could put my belongings in it. Also it’s not the store I had chosen and was 12 miles out of my way.

I try to call the 800 number and the recording said there was a 58 minute hold-this is unacceptable. I have rented u-hauls for many years but the process keeps getting more complicated.I have had enough, so I won't be renting from you anymore!

I asked for Durango! NOT 15 miles away. In fact, they advertise it as Durango. Once again.... I had to pay mileage and they have it advertised wrong. There were 3 Uhaul places closer that really are Durango!

I was promised 20 footer truck, but was given a 15 footer truck. Even though I made reservation. This was not the fault of the place where I picked up truck. Because, I given a smaller truck I had to sacrifice some very personal possessions. You indicate you keep promises, but you break them. I should be compensated for the inconveniences you cause my family. Not happy with U-Haul!!.

I have everything good to say about my experience, and nothing bad to say about it. Unfortunately, my need for a larger storage cell required that I move out. All the cells that were larger than 5-ft x 10-ft were taken and I came to need a cell at least 10-ft x 10-ft. The supply was less than the demand, and this is always good for any provider of services. I still have a request in your file for a parking spot for a small low deck utility trailer (5 x 8 bed plus tongue) and I hope a spot will open for it soon. Please keep this request in your files.

Very poor security. No gate. Our unit, along with several others, were broken into a couple of months ago and items stolen. Management promised to erect a security gate, but had yet to do so as of our mid November moveout to a more secure facility. I do not recommend Hermosa Storage. Inspect the facility closely before you make a decision.

The facility’s mgt made move-in during an emergency situation easy and efficient. The unit was clean and prepared. We had the unit 4 mo. and never saw any sign of rodents or leakage/moisture.
