The profesional behavior is totally absent in this business. After I asked for my rights as individual the young man answered me with petulant behavior.His treatment was aggressive. Very friendly gentleman behind desk at check in gets stars. I'm just glad I rented a smaller truck because the alley getting out was a nightmare. I barely made it through all the cars. Way back wasn't as bad and had the same friendly gentleman to handle my return.Colin B.

Worst experience ever, rented a pick up truck for only 4 hours and charged my account $58.90, and if I needed the truck for additional hour will charge an extra $20Jackie C.
I cannot think of anything at the moment. Using the app to obtain the vehicle was probably the most brilliant idea that you have come up with. During this pandemic, it made renting this vehicle very easy. Thank you for that. I was in there, the whole process was seamless. GraciasKevin B.

I had checked in on line and declined the $20.00 additional coverage. When I returned the Van the clerk told me that because I did not pick up the keys from the back he added the $20.00 insurance because the keys had not been picked up from the back. I will never go back to this place again, you have no way of knowing where to pick up the keys, so naturally you go to the front and ask, he never told me to go to the back of the store and pick up the keys if I had checked in on line, instead he gave me the key and lead me to the back. This does not make sense, what does the insurance coverage have to do with where you pick up the keys? I believe this store is scamming people and Uhaul should investigate, I honestly was in such a rush, that I was not about to get into an argument with the clerk over the $20.00, but I believe not so much for me but for the next person that rents from this store, have them checked and make sure they are following the Uhaul policies.Clara H.

Buenas noches, despues de haber sido usuario de su renta de vehiculos para mudanza, puedo decir que su logistica de busqueda y entrega de vehiculo son MUY deficientes, la locacion donde se encontraba el vehiculo no concordaba con la ubicacion que la empresa me enviÃ³. estuve desde las 7am a 8:15am buscando el vehiculo, el customer service fue MUY LENTO, pedÃ un dolly para facilitar mi mudanza Y NO ESTABA DENTRO DEL VEHICULO. Incluso no logrÃ© dejar la llave donde se deberÃa ya que la aplicacion en la ubicaciÃ³n no funcionaba correctamente. Para ser una compaÃ±ia tan grande y con tanto tiempo... NO SE ENFOQUEN TANTO EN COBRAR POR TODO, ENFOQUENSE EN DAR UN EXCELENTE SERVICIO Y TENER PERSONAS HACIENDO SEGUIMIENTO DE CADA RENTA... SERA UN GRAN VALOR AGREGADO PARA SU OPERACIÃ"N. The trucks brakes were horrible when you press down on the brake pedal a weird air gas sound comes out by the brake pedal. I feel like they only check the truck to see if the back is clean and if the front the gas line matches the paper and how many miles. Need to do better inspections.BETSY G.
Went to this location about a few weeks ago, Called to make a reservation. Wasn't told that the employees their only speak spanish.. Was not told where to park my car left it out in front of the store. My car got towed. they tried calling me but didn't feel like is was important enough to leave a message.Unless you're desperate don't use this location. it's not a good place to be around.kostic C.

The truck was is dire condition. It was extremely dirty and there was trash inside the drivers cabin left by previous user. They also, messed up my time of use. I had called and asked to change use for 24hrs and received verbal confirmation that this was done. However, upon arriving it was never updated and I had to return the U-haul at 8am the following day which was really inconvenient.David B.
