I dont appreciate being treated like a criminal because im renting a pickup. Having a list of all the conditions laid out to me like I'm a scammer when I first talked to the rental rep was incredibly offensive. I was told by the rep before he looked up my account he would have to get two contact numbers and confirm they knew me before I could rent the truck. Turns out, once he looked up my account, he only needed to call one. The fact that he needs to disturb and / or wakeup friends and family so I can rent a truck that im sure is GPS tracked is rather ridiculous. Im not sure what calling a random number I give the clerk and asking them if they know me accomplishes as far as security anyway. Its more security theatre than the TSA. I wont use satellite locations again.Glenn M.

The trailer wasn't ready to go and had to go back into store and change paperwork to another trailer. The first trailer had the wheel straps all wrapped up and the employee didn't want to take the time to fix it. SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN THE TRAILER WAS PREPPED TO GO TO THE NEXT COUSTOMER!!! wasted an extra 10 to 15 minutes.JAMES B.

Not enough staff. Took over a hour, computer problems. No small boxes. Had to go to different store. Staff was very friendly. Gave wrong large boxes had to go back Improve. easier access to boxes, more Than one staff member to service peak hours in mo.Bonnie U.
Curious why it cost me $20 more than the first time, considering I only went 1 extra mile. Maybe the self after hour mobile check in? Perhaps but it clearly says on the receipt that if the customer complies to the self checkin correctly there will be no extra charge.STEPHANIE S.

It was nice that the the place was near my house and in a decent part of town, however, it was also located at a hardware store. There was wasn't someone manning the U-Haul counter (there wasn't really a labeled counter so it was difficult to know exactly where to go) so it did require quite a bit of waiting. I assumed the advantage of using the app to check in and check out was to skip the line and avoid contact with people, but this was certainly not the case at this facility. Maybe at a specific U-Haul rental store and not a contracted location use of the app would have been more streamlined.Jaren G.

The truck I rented has a slow leak in back tire, so we swapped it for the other truck. That ended up with a slow leak as well. I would recommend that the uhaul staff check the basics like tire air pressure before sending it outSarah L.

Worst customer service ever. My reservation was messed up. Had to wait almost 3 hours for a truck when my appointment was at 12. I was told that â€œI need to call fucking uhualâ€ that it wasn't their job it was mine. Just absolutely horrible experience. by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life.Joshua L.
The service was incredibly slow at the pickup location and I was the only customer for UHaul at that time. I highly recommend UHaul withdraw from this location. The customer service interaction was poor and borderline arrogant. They were disorganized and distracted by other things. Dump this location as a UHaul representative.James W.

My pick up was delayed over 30 minutes because of them and then i called about that later in the morning and they said we can give it to you till six no problem and never said they were charging me more money and then charged me more behind my back. Very dishonest transaction, My understanding is i would Not be charged more. Not happy at all. The manager said he wasn't charging me and then they did.Pamela F.

We rented a trailer to help us move furniture and other belongings to a storage unit. The staff for U-Haul were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in every way. The experience was just what we needed.Jonathan A.
The cab was dirty and full of cat hair. Also the fuel wasn't full even though the paperwork said the gauge was at FULL. Of course, the gauge was on F, but I drove 12-15 miles and had to add over three gallons. I don't thing your brand new truck was getting 3 or for 4 gallons to a mile.David J.
The tie down straps were inoperable. Luckily I had cargo straps to help secure the vehicle to the auto trailer. This could have been very unsafe if a customer had tried to use the trailer without their own straps.Thomas H.
