Shannon SI was charged for hours I didn’t use. I was charged for 6 hours only and the truck 2 hours, I was charged for extra miles and the lady didn’t even check the mile when I check the truck back in. I’m highly disappointed in the location service.

VINCE DI didn't notice this until I had finished unloading the truck, but there was a lock on the right hand hold on the back side of the truck. I am assuming this was used to lock the back door. No one told me of this and there was no key for it in the cab of the truck. I left it in the cab of the truck.
Mark EWell I believe the process should be faster it takes way to long to get checked out. But The people were very friendly.
