No one was there at drop off & I left with a full tank of gas & still got charged $10 for 2 gallons??

Teja vardhan PakalaNot sure it was the pick up location, more just the truck itself and Uhaul. I picked up with half tank of gas. The gear shift kept getting stuck. TheUhaul rep I spoke to that confirmed my truck did not mention anything about it being self service. He said the location opened at 8 so I changed my pick up time from 9 to 8:30. Not once did he mention I had to check in using my phone to get a code for the lock. Uhaul itself was very unprofessional. My pick up location was changed after my booking was confirmed for a different location. I lost out on the mattress pad I bought as I was not going to use extra miles in the truck to go to the other location I originally booked for. Lost out on that money too. I will not be recommending Uhaul.

David AyerdisI forgot a couch leg bracket inside the van and was calling him to pick l it up. Only for him to hit me with a $40 “cleaning charge” When I called he said I left a grain a rice inside the van.. very petty.. and hell no. That don’t cost $40. In actually filing a claim with uhal. Poor customer service
FRIDAY OKEKEI am annoyed that I can only review the location. All of the people I interacted with were pleasant and fine. Still, my reservation was at one location and then it was moved to another. This wasted valuable time. Check in was not smooth as the charges were vague. I would recommend Penske over Uhaul. This has nothing to do with the people at the 2 locations, it was the lack of correct information from Uhaul.
