I pre arranged to drop off the u-haul at a different location. Was told no problem and a few hours later right in the middle of moving and am already highly stressful time, I get a call saying the agreed location could not take the u-haul because they had to many trucks. WHAT? So now I have to take the rental 30 minutes further away and all the people helping me move if they can go out of their way to pick me up at a different U-haul place. Not happy.

Trailer had a connection issue with the trailer lights. When I turned on my right turn signal the left light on the trailer illuminated and vis versa with the left turn signal. Not sure which is miss-wired, it is the first time I've used the manufacturer installed light harness on the van. I did notice the connection for the trailer lights was almost disconnected, the yellow wire was bare and held on by one metal thread. Store was very helpful but did not hear of this issue with the trailer before.
