The back and the cab were dirty. The cab smelled like cat urine...the tires needed air.

Sharhonda GI made a reservation the night before but 45 minutes before pick-up time, I received a call saying the location had changed. I had to drive a couple miles further to a location with no on-site staff. I had to manage everything on my phone. An employee called and helped me with check-in because the website was not working the way it should have. If I had known I needed the app in order to manage the rental and that there was no on-site staff to help me, I would not have rented it. Also, the starting mileage was incorrect but I failed to note that before I drove off site so I paid over twice what I should have. That was my fault for not noting it beforehand but if the check-in hadn't been so chaotic and confusing, I could have noted the discrepancy before leaving but ... based on my experience, I don't know that it would have done any good. I would never go back to this location (I didn't mean to go here in the first place) and I am hesitant to use UHaul again.
Joel MSomeone more professional at handling that type of business,who’s not just there to get over on customers.was charged for gas in which we replaced what was used,over charged for mileage,ect.just horrible

PAMELA JOffice located inside the building very hard to find out. In the invoice I got charge for savemove that the lady didn't ask me for do I want it or not. Although it's completely customer choice.
