The computer system was absolutely horrible. I will not be retuning to this uHual location.
Jasmine EMy U-Haul broke down unexpectedly and I was incorrectly charged for the whole experience. I would never in a million years suggest U-Haul TO ANYONE EVER. It is terrible and I demand a full refund for being given fault equipment then being charged for it. I will involved my lawyers asap if I am not fully refunded
Brent MThe location was tough to find. I went to the UHaul on Snouffer School Rd, then to the one in AirPark before finally locating this one.
Gagandeep SThe people were friendly at the location but they were a little challenged the computer system and getting my "pre-paid" rental organized. Their location was a bit of a challenge to find (they need a better sign).
David KMy reservation was for a truck, furniture pads and a utility dolly. When I arrived only the truck was there. I had to go to another depot to get the pads and the dolly and at this depot the staff was completely indifferent to my inconvenience. When the first depot became aware that it could not meet the contractual requirements of the reservation it should have taken steps to procure the supplies from the other depot to complete the reservation order. Failure to do so was a major fault in customer service and although the second depot was able to make good on my requirements, I did not receive the slightest indication of regret that U Haul had failed to live up to the terms of the reservation. As a minor point the first depot (HDR Bodyshop) did not have a working printer to supply me with a record of the truck rental or of any proof of possession during the rental. In all, a disgusting and utterly annoying experience.
Malcolm KLocation is an auto repair shop, not a U-Haul retail facility, not what we were expecting. Initial phone contact the day before pickup led to confusion as truck rental is not their primary business. When we actually picked up the truck, the personnel on site were very helpful.
Virginia GThe pick up was scheduled for 10am. I called to let them know I would not be there until later that afternoon. Whoever I spoke with did not relay the message, so when I arrived they had cancelled the reservation. Luckily there was another truck available, but the process was long and tedious.
