This location gave me the wrong keys to the vehicle. Additionally, there was no representative available on site for the 1 and a half I was there troubleshooting via phone with U-HAUL.

Our key was not in the correct box indicated from the app pickup and put us behind schedule by about an hour. The gas gauge also did not match the the app for the starting point and I was charged an extra 30$ because of it.

The Service was HORRIBLE . The Repesentative was late, did not show up which messed up my moving schedule. My Debit card was charged twice. I did not receive a contract until 3 days later and I was told I would not be charged an additional charge to extend my time, but I was charged. HORRIBLE. when you call customer service the hold time is Ridiculously Long.

I only used this location because it was convenient! I will never have to use this location again and even if I did I wouldn’t use it or recommend it. There was a pit bull as soon as you walk in and I immediately had to walk back out because I am petrified of dogs.

When I arrived at the drop-off location in Owings Mills, MD, the only spot available for a Uhaul truck was so narrow that I could not maneuver it into the spot. Luckily, the tow truck company next door saw my predicament and helped me park it. The location looked awful. Just a terrible experience overall.

Being on time is really important when someone have a reservation with a pleasant early morning attitude. I felt like the lady was a little rude and also I was charged for more gas then Was in the tank. I should have only had to return it on 1/4 tank and it was marked as 3/8 tank but I was in such a hurry that I didn’t have time to complain.
