There was no one on site and your internet check in did not work. After waiting close to an hour on hold for customer service I called the number on the side of the building and a gentleman came right over from another shop to assist me and check me in. Your customer service line STINKS!!

Did not get 15' I requested got 26' Difficult to pick up 21/2 hrs on the phone app was awful, I called they were busy sent links that didn't work not a great experience

Christofer D.My -original- location gets 1 star. They were not set up for 24/7 and I ended up having t drive an extra hour (and several miles) to get to haymaker auto. Overall Uhaul experience was 2 star. Haymaker was 5 stars though, they did their part flawlessly.
Scribbles M.The location is in the middle of nowhere. We had to drive out of our way to drop the truck off. There was no internet service in the area so making the the online return a nightmare. The app would not let you continue without the location of the truck. Then get charged $50 more dollars for being over the miles.

Patricia J.While I would recommend the location, I would not recommend using UHaul online services. My original reservation was cancelled without notification, leaving me scrambling to get any truck. When I did, the equipment I reserved was not with the truck when I picked it up. It took 2 days and over almost 2 hours on varying phone calls with UHaul to get a response from customer service and I'm still not sure if I have been refunded any money. Next time I will call the reservation center and not rely on your web site.

Also, Forrest at the Mechanicsville, Va customer service (804) 342 4280 was outstanding. Changes were necessary to our pick-up location, and he addressed all of our questions and concerns regarding the change and was very friendly as well as efficient in the process!!
