I reserved with a guarantee this trailer in Spokane, WA and got a call that I needed to pick this up in Hayden lake Idaho. I had to cross state line and pass probably 10 Uhaul locations to get the trailer. It was almost 2 hours round trip and costs another 50 in gas due to Uhaul's change. Hayden lake gentlemen was great but the Spokane location still had this same trailer in the morning and night when I went by. Would love an explanation what the guarantee meant ?

I was charged a cleaning fee. I swept and blew out the box portion of the truck. The inside cab was clean and during the walk through with the associate not one mention of any issues. I returned the truck on 09/09/2020 and did not receive my receipt until 09/15/20. Not happy

Instructions for leaving the truck were a little vague. Should the doors be locked? What about the hand truck and furniture dolly they are not mentioned in the return process. Other than that it was a good process

I dealt with Dave at this location and he was very helpful. He was happy to answer all my questions, and address any concerns I had. He hooked up my trailer very quickly and I was on my way. Upon returning the trailer He was very busy helping other customers so I backed it in and got it mostly unhooked by the time he was able to get over to me. I would go back to this location any time.

Online 24/7 means 24/7. Dealers must do business like the company or don't do the UHaul business. It was very frustrating to go through the reservation process and then not have a key available. The dealer was unwilling to help because he's not open on Saturday. If U-Haul says 24/7 then dealers have to make that work. Bob the U-HAUL manager came through and cut a key. He did a great job.
