excellent service and excellent vehicle

I then would check the gauges every 10 minutes all of them remained fine but it was a pain that I then had one more thing to worry about.. the staff was great thank you all very much.

MICHAEL B.It would be nice if you wouldn't lie to people when they make a reservation. I went to my pick-up spot a couple days early to make sure everything was good to go. When I arrive the gentleman laughs and says sorry but there are no trailers in the Pacific Northwest. If I wouldn't have stopped in early no one was going to say anything till the day of my rental. Sadly it sounds like this is a common issue. Not the best business model to lie to your customer and just deal with it on the day of rental. No worries, I took a train back home and drove the vehicle to my new home. Only cost me an extra 600.00 when I could have made other arrangements.
GLENN T.Waiting time was more than 45 min to speak with the agent after having done the online check-in. They don't have good service and is pretty slow. They did not wear mask, another agent came in front of me and started yelling and fighting about an available truck, it was really unprofessional and uncomfortable.

Donita L.I reserved with a guarantee this trailer in Spokane, WA and got a call that I needed to pick this up in Hayden lake Idaho. I had to cross state line and pass probably 10 Uhaul locations to get the trailer. It was almost 2 hours round trip and costs another 50 in gas due to Uhaul's change. Hayden lake gentlemen was great but the Spokane location still had this same trailer in the morning and night when I went by. Would love an explanation what the guarantee meant ?

Thomas W.I was charged a cleaning fee. I swept and blew out the box portion of the truck. The inside cab was clean and during the walk through with the associate not one mention of any issues. I returned the truck on 09/09/2020 and did not receive my receipt until 09/15/20. Not happy
