I was charged for insurance when I declined it. I ordered a 10’ truck and the switched it to 15’ without telling me and charged me for it. Doubled the estimated mileage I selected online.Cannot get anyone to return my call. I fully expect a refund for difference in cost of truck. Not my fault for Uhauls error.

great customer service, Pierre and Elie, will make sure your move is quick and safe with the newest and the right vehicle and equipments, with called them and mentioned our move from RI to Vegas, right away they located a newer truck with very low mileage for us for safety, and helped us in every step of the process.

It was a very disappointing experience. The person who handles the U-hauls was clearly focused on other things and not me. Even though I handed him a copy of my reservation with all my details on it, he put in the wrong return location. They also had the wrong fuel level listed on the rental form. They indicated the truck had 1/4 a tank of gas, when in reality it had less than 1/8 a tank. All he did was to overwrite it on my copy and initial it. It was annoying to have to immediately find and buy gas. And he couldn't even tell me where a nearby gas station was.

The truck had empty gatorade bottles in it, and spilled drinks all over the console making things sticky. Ashtray was missing and not noted on the rental agreement. Agent took my drivers license and credit card into a back room to do paperwork... what else might he have done with my information?

Took a long time for someone to help us. They asked if we wanted to add on insurance, when we had already bought it. If my husband had gone alone, not knowing that I already bought it, he would have bought it again.

The truck shimmied all over the road , it was dirty when I picked it up and then they charged me 20.00 to clean and 6.60 clean tax on top of that. For a dirty truck with almost 100k miles on it. Complete rip off. I will call for a refund in the cleaning

HAWK is a small gas station. It's easy to find but don't expect a professional office like you may find at a U-Haul branch location. This doesn't affect the experience at all though. Friendly and fast service.

front end of truck needs serious work, when applying brakes whole front end vibrates really bad, maintaining control is not easy. was only able to make 1 trip instead of 2. Truck should not be on the road

I had rented this truck for only six hours, my pickup time was at 7 am. I was there at 6;45 am and no one there . The guy showed up at 7;30 which really messed up my schedule being that I was meeting someone in MA to pick up an item and now I was a half hour late. When I asked him did he forget about my order, he then said I do not open until 8 I said then why did you give me a 7 am pickup when I spoke to you yesterday. I am very unhappy with Uhaul and deserve a credit for wasting my time. If I had been late bringing the truck back I would have been charged more so I deserve A CREDIT

Had issues with oil pressure after driving only 50 miles. I pulled over as soon as the indicator light came on. I called the road side assistance and was told help would be at my location in 90 minutes. I waited over two hours. While waiting I tried calling the location 3 times with no answer to find out if there had been any history of this with the vehicle prior. This could be my last Uhaul experience.

When I arrived even though I was waiting on the driver for the truck to get there I was waiting for 20 min to be attended to. The attendant was busy having personal visit from someone and having a conversation about Cape Cod etc. Once I received the truck there was only 6 pads when I had reserved 12 and was charged for 12. To top that off the truck was not completely at FULL and I returned it at 3/4 but to be charged 44.20 was absurd. I rented the truck for 24 hours and had the keys at 5:15pm and returned it by 9pm. Since the business was closed I came back at 8am to return the key and finish everything. I was there for 25min because the guy kept having issues with the process to close. I was told I could give him $20.00 for the gas on have it added on the bill. Funny thing is I did not want to give him the $20 there because I could guarantee that I would be charged again for gas on my card and seeing that he could not "close" the transaction I was reluctant. He asked for my email and said I would be emailed once "someone" came in at 9am that could actually do it right. I told him I would be back after work then since it was taking to long and I wanted to make sure everything was ok. NOT a happy experience. I called at 11:05am when I received an email where A) I was being charged for 12 pads rather than 6 and B) I was being charged $44.20 for gas after he said it would be $20.00. It was not completely full to begin with and the mileage traveled which was 8.4 shows that the gas amount is EXTREMELY ridiculous. By far my worst experience with Uhaul and definitely not considering for my next move.

I had to go to another location on Atwood Ave to get my blankets which the pickup site did not have and no one told me until I arrived at the pickup site. You also didn't have a 17 foot truck which I originally requested. The inside of the truck storage area was filthy. Leaves and papers all inside. The second owner where I got my blankets noticed it and swept it out for me.

The owner was arguing very loudly with another U-Haul customer as I walked in. When I called to confirm my reservation he told me everything was there waiting for me. When I checked out, I had a smaller truck than what was reserved and no appliance dolly which was also reserved.

This facility is fine. People are pleasant. It was not the closest facility and I do not understand why the requested equipment is not brought to the location a customer calls. Very poor customer service on the part of UHaul.

I have been over charged. I would like a refund for the insurance charge which I never request nor do I need. I have full coverage through my auto policy. The daily rate for the truck is suppose to be 29.99 + tax + mileage. I have been WAY over charged. This is not my first time renting from UHAUL and have NEVER paid this much for a local (12 mile) move.

All I needed was a van, and they gave me a 14' truck for 29.99 per day which is very misleading, then they charged me for insurance I didn't need and he said he would not charge me for mileage because it was a short distance.. I am extremely unhappy and I am disputing this charge, because I was taken advantage of by false advertising from your company..

I was miss informed of the price that was being charged they promised me a disscount which i still never received.My debit card was taken into the back room and was swiped for an incorrect amount after my card declining i was advised of the amount and was told i had to purchase the insurance it was not a choice.This was the worst customer service i have ever in my 32 years ever received.do not go to this location they are sneaky and provided the worst customer service ever.

There was no one available to attach the auto transport so we had to it ourselves. He did not even wait around to see if we were successful nor could we wash our greases covered hands after attaching it. I was extremely disappointed and disgusted. I would never, ever use this one U-Haul vendor again if my life depended on it. Luckily I know that this is not your typical vendor.

The owner was very friendly and helpful in getting me set up. The large open field behind the service station, where the Uhauls are stored, made it very easy for pick-up and drop-off with the large turn-around space. The gate is left open after-hours for flexibility in return-times, even after business hours. I'll definitely come back here whenever I need another trailer or truck.
