Be more honest about the amount of gas. I was told it was a full tank but drove 32 km and filled the tank back up and was charged $19. I told the customer service and they didn't care. Felt dishonest to me.

Clifford ClaxtonThe truck's ramp was not secured all the way in with the latch. We didn't know how it worked, but someone noticed it after we had driven 10km's and pushed it in. this could have caused an accident. It should be checked before someone new drives out with the truck.

Kevin MasonWhen I went to return the truck and pay,I was told I would get an email. I said I was going to pay with debit and was told I could not do that. I did not want to pay with my credit card I said and was told they don't accept debit which is rediculous. Also Iwaited outside and the person never came out to check anything on or in the truck.They should have a sign up stating that they don't accept payment by debit only credit.This is the worst interaction I have had with renting a uhaul truck.The customer should be allowed to pay how ever they choose.I will rent again buy NOT at this location even though it is really close to me.

Colin PalmerOverall U-Haul has disappointed me 90% of the times we have rented. Never having the equipment, cancelling the day off or the day before, overall very unreliable. This location and the clerk specifically were fantastic and helpful. It was quick and easy!

Mark PalmerThe truck was moderately clean with only some mess here and there but the main issue was the burnt out rear turning signal. The turning signal at the back left of the car was burnt out which made driving feel very unsafe, especially given it was my first time driving a van of this size. I took my time and used my arm to indicate my turns but it made highway driving feel less safe

Emma TibboI checked in and was given my keys. I went out and my 10' foot was not in the parking lot. We found out is what being serviced. I had to rent a 20' van at a higher price. As well, my reservation included furniture pads but this location never has furniture pads available. The website should let you book options that are not available at a location. Why wasn't I contacted if my van was not available for my booking?

MOHSEN KHALAFFirst of all pick up no problem at all, drop off not professional at all. I pick up the truck at 11:00 am and drop off at 1:10 pm. I have call UHAUL to get receipt they called the store she couldn't answer the phone. The I went twice to talk to her. The second she said I can't leave the store, to check uhaul truck. I refused to leave the store until she finalized the process. Finaly she did it on overdue time, around 3:13 pm. If I wouldn't have go to the store in person she would've foret me to completed the return process.

Jagjit CheemaRude, no blankets available, no dolly availability dolly had a broken tire with only 1 bolt in it dropped my dresser off the ramp when the tire fell apart, nothing in stock tape or boxes tried to get me to pay full price without having rental equipment, got me to go check the truck over when I brought it back ? Basically the worst customer service I’ve seen in quite some time.
Chad KavliWe preordered blankets which were not available at the location. We were supposed to receive a refund for that prepaid amount. Return was terrible, there was long queue at this location of retail customers who were not UHaul customers. The fellow at the cash told us to just leave the key and he would check us out later. Perhaps a dedicated UHaul staff would make more sense given how busy the location is. Otherwise all about as expected. No issues with the cargo van we rented.
Michelle SinclairThe truck wasn't clean. Through the app I couldn't add the dolly and furniture dolly and I had to send an email requesting those items. When picking up the truck those items weren't available and I had to go to another location to rent them.
JOAO MARCOS DE SOUZA MORODid not know what they were doing when we picked up, wheel nut covers loose, windshield wipers were almost useless (blades were shredded), ordered furniture covers did not have any available, other than that the van ran ok but we will order a van from another location next time!

Jeff OliverThe inside of the truck was dirty with debris and also had a letter envelope (garbage), I swept it before returning as I didn't want to be blamed for it. The reason for my 5-star rating is for the gentleman inside the Hasty Market who helped me as the app wasn't working properly. He was very friendly and even gave my son a small chocolate for free!

RAMESH VENKATA SUBBA RAOThe person who helped me had no experience hooking up a trailer. I rented from a convenience store that has U-Haul trailers for rent. When you go to an actual U-Haul owned location, they take a photo confirming for liability reasons that they hooked up the trailer properly.

Michael D DennisVehicle was not cleaned, food debris and dirt were littered throughout the cab, smelled heavily of cigarette smoke had to drive with windows open. Exterior not washed. Windshield had seveal stone chips at pick up. Unlikely tires would have passed a safety inspection. Generally poor.

Jeff BowmanThe process of picking up the trailer was slow. There was a lot of information needed that could have been obtained during the booking. The software also appeared to be slow. The process would have been OK for a full UHaul location but not OK for a convenience store, as there were customers of the store waiting for me to finish.

Sharanjeet SinghWe haven’t received any information regarding the insurance at the time of registration and pick up. Make sure that the staff need to inform us every procedure before the registration. Because of that we had to pay an extra amount for the service.
