The person at the counter seemed unaware on how to facilitate the check-in. I lost almost half an hour of the move time. The place is well lit and safe, so I'd recommend customers to allot a good amount of slack time for picking up the truck.Whitaik David L.

Staff were great. Had ordered 2 furniture dolly's that were not available. Also the size of the truck was increased as the 15' was not available. This causes more fuel usage, which should be compensated. The fact that there is another type of business operating almost makes you feel like you're interrupting the primary source of income. Not just at this location though, all store front locations share this AND this location the person did a good job af caring for us but was involved with business of primary income when we arrived so we had to wait (5 minutes) while he completed the task, he then gave us complete attention. One more point, the truck had to be stored behind the plaza, going behind a plaza for someone alone , isn't always the most reassuring. Maybe after COVID protocols, an employee should bring the truck to a more public spot (less secluded) for customer orientation and inspection.FRANCIST D.

Clean your inside of your vehicles and make sure the truck is in the shop and is running order for driving on highways and main highways and roads my steering in the truck was way off it needs an alignment and a tune up very disappointed about this and this is my second time renting and 2nd bad experience- Thanks Ashton CarnegieASHTON C.

I sent in my complaints yesterday before I took the truck. It was filthy, cigarette butts, tobacco, dime bags... I really don't appreciate being charged more than the original deposit. I should get paid a cleaning fee for having to clean your companies truck! GraciasHarrison H.
Corner store was completely un ready for rentals..they had to call in a new staff member who could don't get an old laptop working and had to arrange it on their phone. I waited for an hour+ while they sorted it out.Christopher M.

A little hard to find. Reservation did not indicate it was a Hasty Mart, & Trucks were behind building, so not visible from street. Needs better signage. Truck was not as clean as last experience.RALPH S.
