TESFALEM K.The person at counter tried to rip us off by mentioning higher fuel tank in contract, good thing we took a picture of gas meter on pickup.
Asheesh P.Filthy van, mud on floor mats, discarded paper under seat, cargo area was dirty, malfunctioning tire pressure sensor continuously on, gas tank was not full. This van was a disgrace and had I not required it for that particular day I would not have completed the purchase.
Gordon M.The 24/7 pickup wasn't available so I lost 1 hour of total move time. Had truck booked for 7:30am and had to wait until store owner showed up at 8:10 to even begin the process of acquiring the truck. Allegedly there had been a truck stolen the week before which caused the owner to stop the 24/7 pickup service without notifying the customer. If true this is not the owners fault but not being notified and having the time lost allocated created a major inconvenience. Other moving companies will most likely be looked at for future expenditures.
Stephen S.I was charged more than twice the advertised price. Attendant said dropping off location did not matter for pricing. I was given deffective wiring so it might have blown my fuse. Bad experience but a lesson learned for me.

oraen M.We requested twice to not pay the $15 for additional coverage, as our credit card company provides us coverage for rentals already. When the agreement was printed, it was so faint that we could not read it or see the charges. It wasn't until after we received our electronic receipt to our email once the vehicle was returned that we saw we were incorrectly charged this protection. Because we had already returned the vehicle, there was nothing that could be done. Not the end of the world, but given that we stated both online and in person (several times) to opt out, it is frustrating to see that charge. It feels like a money grab we were forced into.
