matthew schlueterThe service was very good, however the van has a bunch of service lights and messages. Including the airbag (which is really quite a problem), tire pressure, amongst other things. It's for this reason I wouldn't recommend this location until that vehicle has proper maintenance performed.

This is the worst experience i had with u-haul location. I will keep using u haul but definitely not this location anymore.

Jennifer JuppThe van we rented smelt of dead animals. We had an hour's worth of driving to do on highways and we needed to cover our faces and have the windows wide open the entire trip. We were so uncomfortable in the vehicle that we refused to bring half of the items we needed to pick up due to fear it would cause the clothing to stink. After having a conversation with the person we rented from he mentioned that the Grocery store next door had rented the van to pick up "vegetables" from Brampton earlier. There were wet stains that stunk like old blood. The person at the store was extremely nice and professional but the vehicle itself was disgusting.

Alex SmithMy reservation was incomplete, the pick-up location was unmarked and very difficult to find, and the truck itself was not as clean as I had hoped. I was also told the wrong closing time for the location, so even though I arrived EARLY for my scheduled drop-off, no one was there to receive the keys and cash me out, so I was going to be charged for having the truck an extra day. I will say that Uhaul customer service was helpful when I reached out to them by phone, and was able to cancel the incorrect charge.
Charlotte Peters1. I hate the gas refill policy. Always end up overfilling the tank to avoid dispute Your competitors provide a vehicle that has a full tank, and I refill to a full tank upon return. No guess work. 2. Uploading photos for the contactless return was a huge drain on my cellular data plan. This was a few months ago.
Natian LamMake sure you charge people for smoking in the vehicle. Also it was clear that no followup inspections were being done as I had to dispute 4/5 locations on the vehicle.
Christopher HeggemannThe truck was full of mud in the bed and in the interior. Also, I estimated 200km on my preregister, but the receipt said it was only 150KM. Also the the final cost was $20 of the quoted price.

Guy CreedKindly close all these dealers in Cambridge and open U haul store in Cambridge. At this location he charged more than the rate written on uhaul website, He charged me $ 0.69 per Km where as on website it is $0.59 per Km, At location at 696 Frankline Blvd, the guy gave me rate $’1.11 per Km besides $ 19.97. Every dealer charging his own rate in Cambridge. I used U haul vehicle 4 or 5 times but iI was never charged per Km because I booked directly ftom U haul store. DONALD THOMASI did my online reservation for a pick up at 6:30 PM. I went to the location at around 640 and they made me wait for about 1015 minutes to do the transaction. I pick the car up at around seven. When I dropped it off they calculated the time from my online reservation start time which was 6:30. I dropped it off at 9 PM. And they charged me for an extra hour. So my payment amount was unreasonably high and totally different than the initial estimate. For just two hours I paid almost $100 for a pick up truck. It’s extremely false advertising I think by putting the stickers with 1999 on the trucks. I asked the guy to adjust the pick up time so that I don’t have to pay so much. He said he can’t do anything. Both the pick up and drop off transactions took a long time on their computer. If the pick up and drop off transactions are going to take that much time why am I doing an online transaction and putting in my details. For example I took pictures of my drivers license both front and back when I did the online reservation. When I went there they asked for my drivers license again. I showed it to them but they wanted to take it from me and put it on the counter to do the transaction. I don’t think that was necessary.Anyways I thought it was too much money for the value and I won’t be renting another truck from U-Haul.
