This was the worst possible exchange. I went to get the truck.fill put the forms and then pay. I go to drive away and a woman and store attendant are flagging me down. Apparently this specific truck was reserved for this lady but I'd also reserved a truck.id already signed the papers and payed and had a legal rental agreement in my hand and then the woman started getting irate and I had to tell her to shut up. In the end this caused me a lot of stress and I even had to give the lady 50 bucks so she would de escalate. How does this happen.i was even more rushed for my move and my people were all pissed off at me. I be thinking twice before I can again. But I'd like to hear your comments on this.Kyle A.

I would not recommend anyone pick up this location. The gentleman who ran the convenience store complained to me after I spent more then $500 on a truck that he had lost 2 customers while he was serving me durinv pick up. We received the truck with almost an empty tank of gas which he did not know about, and clearly had not checked himself. He didn't bother to check the mileage either, we had to check and make sure it was correct upon both pick up and return. Upon returning the truck, he tried to double charge me, telling me he had only taken a deposit, even though I had already paid up front, and told him that multiple times. Right when I was about to pay, he actually checked his paper work, and realized I was correct. Would not recommend this location.Heidi F.

The uhaul sig/payment machine woudn't load properly, so I had to enter my credit card info on the service persons phone. I am uncomfortable with that but there was no other way at the time to complete the transaction. Otherwise went very smoothlyRobert M.

I ordered a truck online with an appliance dolly when I picked up the truck they told me they had no dolly.. they sent me to another location that would have it and they didn't have any either.. finally I found a dolly at a third location..Luigi C.

I have beeln charged double for my rental, and when i booked the safemove was 15$ and my final bill reflected that as 30$ and rent went up to 39.99$ from 19.95, not sure how?. The total bill for 4hrs was 109.45$. That is ridiculous. I will never take it from here.Mir Osman A.

I arrived to pick up the truck and it hadn't been returned yet so I had to wait and call Uhauls customer service to try and get a different truck. By the time I got through to customer service, the truck arrived and I was able to go from there. It was still very inconvenient and delayed my move by about an hour.Holly D.
Did not go over the vehicle with us. Did not have dollies told us to go to a different location for them they MIGHT have them. Reserved a 20ft got a fifteen was not large enough so we had to leave stuff to pick up this week. (3 hour drive). Very disappointing.John T.

Fuel reading was wrong. I went 15 Miles, put 10 Litres of gas in it. Brought it back and the guy said I still had to pay for an additional 10 Litres of fuel based on the gas gauge. Gauge was incorrect or malfunctioning. So I spent an additional $16 on gas. So either the U-Haul Vehicles are very inefficient or I was really 'ripped off'. So in total I paid for 20 Litres of gas... that means that that vehicle got 15 Miles/20 Litres or 0.75 Miles/Litre of gas... or 1.2Km/1Litre of Gas... boy I will never rent a UHaul Truck again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about the 'rip off'. I believe I should be refunded the $16 I was overcharged for gas when I brought the vehicle back... then I would feel like things were 'right'.Bruce K.
I was in front of customers and the guy took them first because they were regulars at the hastey mart, then he dealt with the phone and made me wait even longer. The truck smelled like an ash tray, he allows his customers to smoke in the truck which is illegalb in Ontario, and doesn't even deep clean the trucks. when I told me I have asthma and that I could have an asthma attack he didn't care, he would cJUSTINR B.

Having lights near the vehicle would help with pickup inspections and taking pictures of documents and such, it would also, be useful to somehow encourage people to park away from the wall, because when the wall is too close, you can't take a picture of the truck or even see it properly.Aaron H.

It would have been a lot easier to drop off and park if there were signs designating where trucks are to be left. A truck was blocking the entrance driveway and a huge vacant lot was posted with signs saying "Authorised use Only" and also had its access curbs blocked. What a sh*t show. You had to drive past the corner store to actually see the U Haul sign on the face of the building. Sigh..... On the positives, the fellow in the store was pleasant and loaned me his broom to sweep out the truck.Joanne K.

The box of the truck wasn't cleaned at all before we picked up the truck. There was a lot of debris and the cabin was also not cleaned. There was customer information from the previous renter and garbage as well. When I informed the u-haul representative of this when dropping off the vehicle, he did not seem concerned or to care at all.CASSANDRAPATRICI H.

Lovely gentleman at the hasty market. He helped when i was unable to open the lock for the key. He was fast going through the truck on return. Overall very pleasant person and the equipment was very clean and well taken care of. Will be going back here again.Hannah G.
