I was charged toe what I didn’t sign up for . I have emailed and still no response

Uhaul system was down. Employee was super rude and not helpful. Basically wanted me to leave without the vehicle I rented and needed. Had to call customer service twice so they could dispatch the unit. They then called him and he handed me the keys I left. When I returned the vehicle I was sent back out to take a picture of the vehicles KM and fuel. I struggled to find the km and I guess took a pic of the wrong km. He tried to send me back out to the vehicle to retake but I explained that I didn’t know how to get to what he needed and I didn’t want to go back out. He got angry and said I need to be more polite. When I got the receipt I noticed the amount of fuel in the vehicle was off by 1/4 tank. The needle was half way between 1/2 and 3/4 when I dropped it off. I didn’t take the unit far and put gas in it upon returning it. On the receipt it said it was between 1/4 and 1/2 which was incorrect. I was then charged a $15 fuel charge. The kOverall it was a long, confusing, and stressful ordeal that added to an already stressful day. The final charge was significantly higher then the rep on the phone had told me. Next time i’ll Just hire movers, even for a small job like this.

There were staples/screws left in the trailer and very dirty in corners. The clerk inside the Hasty Mart stopped processing my trailer rental (that I pre-checked-in for) to check-out customers that came in after I did. No walk-around, to confirm rental, or assistance/guidance -- Now I'm being told I need to pay because of a bent fender.

Our pick up location was changed last minute which was very inconvenient. Our original pick up location was 5 minutes away and it was switched to somewhere almost 30 minutes away.

It would have been nice if I had been made aware that after eating 125.00 online to book the truck when I picked it up I was charges another 18.00

Horrible offloading and onboarding. No customer service and I was charged insane amounts for gas. The car was dirty on the inside when I got it and both locations were horrible

Very slow process. I registered online ahead of time and it still took 25 minutes to get the vehicle

Worst experience ever. Staff doesn’t communicate in English. Interior of the Cargo Van was filthy to a point that we needed to put covers in the seats. Windshield was never cleaned. Gas tank was not full as marked. Upon return I explained those points and got called stupid a couple of times.

The truck I reserved was rented out to someone else. I had to get a truck half the size and had to make multiple trips.

Pick-up location was changed day before by U-haul. Due to this location change, the dolly I'd ordered was not available. The truck was very dirty inside. There was a furniture dolly that I did not order that was not secured in and rolled freely while truck was empty. Furthermore, there were blankets that I had not ordered that were in a pile (not folded) in the truck and very dirty (one was even damp). Additionally, I'm not impressed with the 3-day minimum rental for a truck for moving from Waterloo to Ottawa...I only needed the truck for 2 days and do not appreciate the high flat rate.

Very good, quick and friendly help and customer service at this location. Uhaul, please disallow smoking in vehicles. This was a very nice van, but unfortunately it smelled heavily of cigarettes from previous users.

Sangeeta and Ash were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve used U-Haul many times in the past, this was my first time using this location and I must say this has been my best experience yet. Thank you to Sangeeta and Ash for your assistance in making this easy and painless!
