Not the locations fault but I was told with less than 24 hours notice that my rental reservation was not available at my reserved location and my only option was to drive over an hour to Temple Ga. My wife is 7 months pregnant so this was a huge inconvenience for us and a Uhaul representative (Atlanta area reservation representative) would not honor the $50 rental guarantee. I will never rent a truck from Uhaul again! Such a bad experience!

We had to wait for an agent to contact someone to confirm my husband's identityâ€"we were on a schedule, it was cold and we did not expect that so we had to call and text someone over and over to get them to pick up an unknown call from uhaul on a Saturday morning. Not a fan. Especially since we have rented from uhaul before and U-Haul alreafy had our payment info. ):
Patrick H.The location looks like an abandoned property. Keys were in a lock box truck was almost full of gas. The 12 volt charging ports did not work. I wasn't able to charge my phone while using maps for my 7 plus hour move. The windshield wipers were garbage and need replacing. I rented 12 blankets and there were none provided but I was still charged.
Ronni H.Randomly placed and unorganized. I received help from the property owner who had nothing to do with Uhaul. The person representing Uhaul was organized and wouldn't even speak to me directly.

EMILY L.Put it in a less sketchy location. Not have to have a man open a lock box with a pick axe. The wiper blades on the truck I rented were so terrible that I had to pull over in a very light rain.
Joni H.Hard to get in contact with someone when i recommened doing everything with uhaul company not thru phone. Plus charged for gas even after putting gas in it. When i returned it i put $12 in gas. The gas hand was over the half tank mark.

The trucks are in GREAT shape and are honestly, some of the best trucks we have seen. The previous 2 uhaul rentals that we went to, were horrible. One truck was leaking brake fluid and another truck at a different uhaul wouldn't run right. I would definitely recommend Haskell Construction Uhaul if you're looking for a truck.

Bo B.First pick up location changed, bar j, personnel didn't know how to rent equipment. Wasted several hours 10am pick up time, to 3pm, customer service reps put me on hold 4 times sending me back into the Q causing me to hold 10 to 15 minutes, no help at all. Went to ASAP location in Temple Ga. Owner bent over backwards to help me get a truck I desperately needed, thank god for her, sent me to Haskell who also went above and beyond, both apologizing for company mishandling. Thank them for me. Will hesitate to use online system in the future and customer service was of no service, maybe this stop your company from any mishaps of this sort in the future, again it was a nightmare until ASAP and Haskell made my move happen
