Great service and friendly. The truck was clean and ready. The check in process was fast and clear.
Sagy SThe lock didn’t work, the manager said you need to buy your own lock ( even though the additional key on the truck turned (YES TURNED THE LICK). Returning the truck was a disaster, in the rain, could not log in to the location, got disconnected twice by Uhaul customer service.

Jayden VI'm extremely satisfied with renting a Yohal from here. They efficiently handled my tasks very quickly, and I had never rented a Yohal so easily before. Both during pickup and drop-off, it was very convenient for me. The team is very friendly as well.

Sagy SWhen I got there I stood around for a long time asking if I could get help with the Uhaul. The men were just standing around talking. They saw my reservation and didnt help much but to give me the key. The truck had trash in the back of the pick up. It also only had 1/4 tank of gas. They were not very helpful and seemed like they didnt really want to rent Uhauls.

eric lI am taking uhaul often and this time I had such a big issues with the truck I took . Yesterday was a very rainy day so it felt the truck started being unstable on the fwy the moment u reached 50 mile per hour Also the wiper blades stopped working several times on the fwy ! And my biggest issue was the truck had a leak and some of my equipment got damaged and I was told by customer service that the manager will call me back and it has been more than a day and a half and no one has reached out ! So very disappointing

Sergio CIt was excellent I had no problem returning my rental I got there early filled up with gasoline and preceded to park after finishing with the return process placed the keys in the safe deposit box and went on with my business.

Min KI reserved a 15' truck 6 days in advance, when I showed up the location, there was only 10' and 20', I had to get a different vehicle, or wait 1.5 hours after my scheduled pick up time and hope the vehicle would be returned back on time and ready for me to use.
Nima SDrop location personnel did not help, the web site keep going to reservation instead of dropping off, the Location that was assigned was a long way off from my Hotel I had reserved. The Uhaul location was right next door to the hotel and when I call Uhaul they the location next to my hotel was full and could not accept anything. Its difficult to recommend Uhaul when the experience for drop off was very, very inconvenience. When most of the time traveling to a Large downtown and we are not familiar with the heavy traffic, its important to Listen to the customer. The Hotel was reserved for the same purpose of the location of the Uhaul Location
santos cThis place put a $100 hold on my checking account . The total ended up being only $36.07. However this place kept the e rude $100 deposit and never refunded my $63.93.

ines MOne person running the gas station, convenience store and supposedly running Uhaul. I checked in at 12:43 PM and he told me to just put it out back. I had to unhitch the trailer by myself, I am 77 years old. I couldn't move it myself to the exact parking location because it was to heavy. This crazy guy came out yelling because it wasn't exactly where it should be. I told him it was to heavy and we both moved it. About 10 ft. Very miserable person. Then I see on my credit card that they charged me $20.00 for a late fee. I want my money back because I was early, not late. This location is a terrible representative for Uhaul.

DANIEL KNo one answered the phone for the 2 days I was trying to call. Then once we got there they were closed and the uhaul reservation had no info for a code to unlock the lock box. AND the location had no service and it was impossible to use the app or website to check in. Even though I had already checked in days prior. And then to make it worse it was freezing outside and took literally an hour to get the key from the lock.

William YIt wasn’t about the location, as much as the inconvenience returning the truck. What’s the purpose of having an attendant if the customer has to do everything. Why should I have to go online, take photos of the equipment, check the mileage and gas, register for an account or load an app that I’ll rarely use!

Kamille FMyself and 5 other people spent hours trying to get our stuff. This location should not be allowed to rent things. I have never had a bad experience with uhaul Before and this was legitimately unbelievable. One woman was there for 4 hours.

Edward CThe only reason I use this location is because it is within walking distance of my home. However, I feel the owner of this station is not a very honest person. He always tries to overcharge me on the gas usage. The meter was almost on empty and signaled that I had only 50 mi before tank was empty. My total drive was 10 miles. When I returned the truck I put in 2 gallons. This guy tried to tell me I owed another $12.85 in gas charges because he didn't want to adjust my bill for estimated mileage. In addition, after telling him I did not want the Insurance, he added it on to my bill by mistake. He said he could take it off but because I was in a hurry I told him to just leave it. He has done this before on a previous rental a few years back. Trying to scam people to get a few extra bucks in commission is not a very good way to represent Uhaul in customer service.
