the manager and staff very helpful and made arrangement to pick up the truck sooner (which I dropped it off well within the 48 hours allotted )

Manager was 2 hours late then was very rude when he got there and acted as if I was inconveniencing him by trying to get my rental that he was 2 hours late to give me. The staff gave me the run around for about an hour and a half then he laughed and said I’ll really call my manager this time. Really guys? Very poor experience and I wish there were a negative option!

The return site was horrible, and refused to accept the vehicle back. This location at Harwood, accepted the vehicle and was very professional, helpful and friendly. The next day, the manager resolved the issue at no additional cost to me. The Russel Street Baltimore location was horrible and the man was rude to me, refusing the truck. I was very put out by his mannerism and treatment of me.

My vehicle was reserved in my zip code 20772 and the area had nothing available at 1130am so uhaul sent my reservation to Harwood. Which is completely OUT of my way! 50 miles I was thought was included in my reservation but I was charged for ALL of the miles I put on the vehicle. I am furious that uhaul charged me a 2nd day 3ven tho I had it less than 2 days! The mileage thing is an extreme issue! It was NOT MY choice to pick up and drop off from a place so far away! Uhaul sent my original reservation too far away from me! And I paid almost 400 dollars for something that only cost 20 a day!!!!!!
