Was uncomfortable with the drop off location and received no paperwork etc dropping off the truck - simply handled keys to a worker.

The whole experience was awful. The original pickup location didn't have a truck for me; they sent me to another location to pick up that was way out of the way and tried to charge me for extra miles and time for it when they said they would include it for free for the inconvenience of going that far to get a truck. They put it in the notes that it would not charge us.

Demetrius WOur truck had a leak, and since it rained after it was loaded, some of our contents got wet. Without unpacking the contents we don't know for 100% that nothing was damaged, but we think it was all okay. We did point it out to the drop off agent.
Dennis RThere was no one there to except my turn in, I left the truck and the key will a lady that work at the car lot. I had to return to get her to call a u haul person who agreed to come by and check the turn in and send me a receipt.
