I rented a U-Haul from Harts Automotive because they also do a lot of my truck, bus and auto repair. Always friendly always respectful and never overcharged. I highly recommend renting U-Haul from Harts Automotive.

Nathan S.There was no real UHaul signage. I'm still worried I dropped it off at the wrong place. There was a very small lot and it was very difficult trying to park the truck (and I had a 10') without it being in the way.
Seng T.I showed up, uhaul servers had trouble processing my debit card for 30min. I got that through, went in to harts automotive and as two representatives sat at the counter they told me to wait 10min (45min after my reservation date) while they finish their food. Then I'm told they can't access they're computer dealer network for about 35min. Finally I am told to contact customer service(not their manager) to get refunded 6 days later nobody has contacted me(Dan the manager) and I have not been refunded my full rental or any amount to date! I have paid for movers and wasted a week past my move Date! When I call customer service I am told to await an E-mail! I was told this last Saturday that I would receive a call. Now Thursday I still haven't received a call and Uhaul will not put me in direct contact with manager. U-haul has stolen my money and not upheld my contract. Terrible customer service from the manager and the location I was to pick the truck up at. No reservation guarantee was even offered after they wasted my hard earned money and time!!

James N.When we arrived at the location it was not very well lit and we had a hard time finding somewhere to park the Uhaul. We had to turn down a side street to find somewhere to park it. We encountered a gentleman who drove up and was loud, aggressive and rude to one of my friends, who is a local pastor. The gentleman said that this was his property and when my friend, the local pastor, told him that we were trying to return the Uhaul he repeatedly said, "That's not what I'm asking you! I only want to know if you need help!" He did not seem at all friendly. He did not seem very intrested in running the business. Yes, it was after hours but he wouldn't even tell us where to drop off the keys. We had to search around the building for quite a while to find the Uhaul key drop off box. (There were 2 buildings on the property.) If I had been there by myself, as a female I would not have felt comfortable being alone. I was very glad that I had my 2 male friends with me.

CAROLYN K.Signage is misleading for late hours drop off. Actual business is next door to where equipment is stored, and a building that is unused is on property making it look like the rental business is there. The lot that is where equipment is located is VERY crowded and leaves only a small area to drop off returns and the ground there is in very poor condition and when has been raining the only place to drop off is not paved and vehicle will sink into the very soft ground.

James B.The attendant hooked up my trailer for me, that was great and he checked the trailer lights. He said they worked, but when I got home I found only the right side worked.
James M.The location was changed on me after I had reserved the truck. It was about 35 miles from where I was packing up - so it was very inconvenient to drive to get the truck. We drove back with the truck to load it, and by the time we got there, the gas tank was empty. The people were nice enough, but the location was not very good.

Michael G.4 stars only because the pick up place is an old mechanic shop. But everyone there was super helpful. There was a mixup on how much gas was in the tank when we rented it. We brought it back with a little more than what was left for us. Took pictures and the issue was taken care of immediately.
