1. Have the truck ready when promised. We reserved the truck for 7:00 in the morning, but it was not available until 1. 2. The cab of the truck we picked up was dirty. 3. I was not given a paper copy of the receipt so did not see that I was charged for two bundles of moving blankets that were not in the truck.

This person who owns the one Uhaul truck is very unprofessional and charged me twice as much! Ended up having to call Uhaul and get my money back. He overcharged me by $47!!!!!!!!!!!! The whole experience was terrible! Would never recommend! In fact he should not be allowed to rent out uhauls! His wife was the one running the gas station … she was video chatting him on how to cash me out over video chat… he was sitting in a bedroom while on video chat! Very unprofessional! And he kept telling me to send him my card info over the phone. We finally did after he called and texted us many times… He completely took advantage by overcharging. We only rented he truck for an hour and only went 11 miles! Returned the truck ?? in a half hour! He charged me for an extra day and insurance when I clearly put in my reservation that I did not want insurance… When I called Uhual to ask about my bill the lady even said what he charged me for made no sense! He completely took advantage ! Should not be allowed to rent out Uhaul!

It was very clear to me that the gentleman who owned the small store that we picked up from was a community guy - he knew a lot about everyone’s life that walked in the door, and really seemed to care a lot. You guys have a real gem on your hands.

Woman behind the counter was arguing with her covworker when we walked in. Complained to me about him when we went out to get the truck. This was not the original location Uhaul had me registered to pick up truck. Called the day before to change location. This location was further away from where I was located so I had to drive further and take up more time.

l was very uncomfortable not being at an actual u haul facility, it was a store/gas station, but personnel there was very friendly and did their best to ease my anxiety.

No agent on-site for equipment pick up. Had to complete check-in over the phone. While everything worked out fine, it added stress to an already stressful move.

patiently waited 1 hour (when I didn't have time to spare) to pick up truck due to lack of proficiency by sales agent, or uhaul's crappy computer system. This was after making a prior reservation at a different location, showing up to find they didn't even carry the truck I signed up & was confirmed for ( a 15-footer). Not to mention the manager at Harry's Ogden, Tom Palmero, failed to return any one of my numerous voice messages trying to inquire & make a reservation.
