Ann M.My big problem with you hot as you absolutely cannot get a hold of anyone in customer service, if you have a question or a problem. I called a few times every day, was on hold for an hour or more, sometimes they offered auto call back, Sometimes no one called back sometimes somebody called back said they check my account and then while they were checking we get disconnected they wouldn't call back. They really need to do something to improve been able to contact them! Nobody has time to wait for hours on the phone and then get no help anyways

Terri W.My husband could get no help whatsoever to unhitch the trailer from the truck. He has a disability and could not lift the tongue of the trailer alone. The guy at the store was rude in addition to refusing to help. We had to call a friend to come. He asked where the tool was that the other location had used to move the trailer. This was the largest trailer (6 x 12) and is quite heavy to move. So no tool and no help. No good!

David C.The gentleman who took care of us was very nice and helpful and we were in and out quickly Only issue that I had was not with the location site of the pickup but for the second time in using UHaul the truck that I reserved was not at the location that I reserved it at and I had to drive an additional 70 mile round trip to pick up. UHaul did give me the extra miles on the truck due to this to prevent additional charges. I was informed of this less than 24 hours prior to pickup which was better than the 3 hours I was given the first time this happened
Kevin L.The one thing I would have liked were brighter back up lights. Backing up a dark 350 foot driveway. Grease the track for the to improve opening the back door.

John B.The "pick-up" process took far to long for equipment I'd already reserved and this trailer had clearly been used by the previous renter for hauling wood of some kind because there were chunks of bark and debris throughout the trailer. The trailer is well priced and did exactly as I needed it to do and I'll rent again, just maybe not from the place I picked it up.
JOHN L.when I turned In car hauler they sent me a email link to go to turn in hauler requiring a smart phone I don't use a smart phone because of that I got charged an extra day not a good system for people that don't have smart phones
William B.This was the second time i reserved a truck from Uhaul and on both times the day before i was supposed to pickup they call me and told me no truck would be available. The first time i never got a truck they had me waiting all day truck was never return by previous renter so i was screw over. Second time i had to go to Williamson to get only truck they had available. And it was smaller tham what i asked for. The customer service representative was rude to me. Didnt offer anything for my inconvenience. Very bad experience both within months of each other. Why call and reserve weeks before you need it if you not guaranteed the truck will actually be available on day needed.. My card was charge the full $139.00 but my final recipt was for $22.81 for millage used. Very disappointed in the bad customer service which made my moving experience EXTREMELY stressful...
Auyanna W.Your reservation system is awful. I ordered a truck from Rochester location a month in advance and I was told could be Greece, Henrietta or Irondequoit location. Closed they offered me was Williamson or Batavia. That is a completely unrealistic. What is the point of a reservation. The lady, Karen, at the 800 number asked me "Do you think I can pull a truck out of thin air"? So disgusted by the whole thing and I slammed Uhaul on my facebook page and telling all my friends how awful your reservation system is and how rude I was treated. No compensation at all on behalf of your company. I will buy a truck before I ever rent from Uhaul again. Disgusted with your company.

HOWEVER, there IS a bright spot- Rick Boiano. He took the time to listen to me gripe and never took it personally. He, in my opinion, went above the norm and resolved the issue. Reference#2227155.

JESSICA W.We paid 253.00 to use the truck from Saturday afternoon to Tuesday afternoon. We did not take it out of town. It sat in a driveway as we were using it to store our furniture because it was raining while we were moving. They never emailed my reciept as promised. Today my card was charged an additional 169.00 without my permission and the receipt they sent this time was double charging us for the days we already paid for and for 37.00 in gas. Which is impossible considering we drove it approx 5 miles. This is horrible for a company to exploit people this way.
