Georgeanna CI had to get my daughter moved out of a bad relationship. We had to get everything done so fast and in one day. Everyone at this location was so helpful and understanding of our situation. I really appreciate all their help from on the phone, in the office, and a guy helped us get my daughter's car on the back of the 10' truck. Definitely recommend this location :)

Rachel LUhaul did not have my requested truck when I showed up to the location and I have stuff to get done and had to take another one costing me more money and more time being having to argue the desk and people on the phone when I realized I wasn’t getting anywhere I took a bigger truck not knowing if it was going to work for my move and it did not so I had to return it because it couldn’t fit in the driveway

The man who checks the equipment when renting a Uhaul trailer is not very knowledgeable and should probably consult a mechanic before touching the wiring on any vehicle that is not titled to the Uhaul company. This was the only Uhaul location with a truck the size that I needed, or I would have gone elsewhere because of this man. And his standing there, staring at us the whole time we were at the desk completing the reservation to get the truck was very uncomfortable and weird! In the future, I will either travel further to get the rental or I will use a different company, my family and I will not use this location again.

Arizona CNothing, this was one of the best rentals we've ever had. I'm 49 and have moved dozens of times in my life, with and without uhaul, and I have never experienced a truck rental as smooth and friendliness of the staff.

ERIC KOnline, I booked a one way for 30 miles. When I went to drop off they told me it was an in-town rental and I would have to drive the vehicle back at my expense so r pay over $225 in fees. Ridiculous. I am not happy with the bait and switch.

Belinda HI was NOT informed that there was a mileage fee. Also apparently the mileage when I started was wrong but I did not notice it and was charged an extra 80 bucks even though I drove straight there. Overall bad experience.

BINOD GI put in a reservation for a 26 foot truck with a car transport trailer on April 11th. I was told the day prior to picking up the truck that none were available and that there was nothing they could do to help me. I had to scramble to find another moving company in order to complete my cross country PCS move. I will never attempt to do business with uhaul again.

Stephen HEnsure that the extra equipment the customer rents is actually in the vehicle when it’s time to pick it up, and when it’s not there don’t charge them for 2 gallons of gas to make the money back you had to refund because the equipment wasn’t there.

Terry WYour process of obtaining a vehicle is HORRENDOUS!!!!! I almost canceled using U Haul because of how poor the service was and will likely NOT use you again. I reserved a vehicle 3 weeks prior to my move date and yet I received a call the day before telling me my requested vehicle was unable at my preferred location (3 miles away) and was sent 30 miles to get a different, smaller vehicle. When I showed up to the location 30 miles away, my requested vehicle was sitting there but unavailable to me. I tried to call customer support to inquire if it was available for rent but the provided number did not answer. Eventually I got ahold of a regional office who sent me back to a location 6 miles from my home for my originally requested vehicle. I’m not sure why I had to do all the excessive driving for it to just be at a location in my same town. I’m definitely trying Penske on my next move.
Haylee GPorch was falling apart to where customer had to be careful not to fall through the wood, inside was definitely not up to code for buildings, customer service was very nice and friendly. Overall the location was in bad shape.
