I was not informed that my rental rate would be the same even if I brought the equipment back several days early.

no one available for pickup at 9am--had to wait till 10 am. trailer lights would not work--went to 2 more u haul locations for light repair before we could use trailer

The location I picked up the truck was 40 miles from my original pickup location. Making it over 20 additional miles from the final drop-off location. My mileage allowance was not increased to reflect this change and I was charged for the extra miles. I was scheduled to pick up the truck at 1:00pm (confirmed in a text the night before) only to find out when I called the location when they opened the next morning new pickup location closed at 10:00am. So both the location change and time change without earlier notification significantly impacted the move plans. I did not receive my utility dolly, but was charged. The moving pads / blankets were filthy. The truck was on empty. The truck had not been swept and had leaves and dirt on the floor. The truck had 159,000 miles on it and rattled, shook, no air, I was concerned it was not going to make the trip without breaking down. After I got my final receipt, I had to call the national phone number and wait on hold for 24 minutes before I could speak with someone on correcting my mileage and equipment charges. I have been a long time customer and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul
