Greg CI paid for a dolly, but there was no dolly inside only blankets which I did not request or use. I was a few minutes late and it kicked my reservation out and I had to spend too much time waiting on the phone for someone to come on and reinstate my reservation.

Erik DThis location (Harris Boyz Auto) is what saved the process. Otherwise one star. When we got to the location for mobile pick-up, U-Haul had me go through a secondary approval process because I had an out of state license which involved either taking a photo of my passport, calling my employer, or uploading an apartment lease. All ridiculous options when it’s a Saturday and I’m sitting in a cornfield in Iowa. You should let people know in advance there is going to be another layer of rental approval for out of state licenses in advance so they can be prepared. If the owner of the Harris Boyz Auto didn’t show up early and help me out it would have been a bigger mess. He was great and we will rent directly from him again.
David NThe Uhaul app did not work to return the vehicle. The Harris Boyz staff were awesome and took care of the return with no problem at all.

ETANDO EI already use U-Haul from state to state when I move things and when I'm local I've always used U-Haul I found them to be reliable to get the things done that I need in the equipment available to me five stars

Kay KWe ordered a truck and transport for same day pick up. Somehow we had to pick up transport at a different dealer and 3days before we got the truck. Got that part straightened out before we arrived with the gouhaul number. But the truck was absolutely disgusting. Soda spilled everywhere from dash board to seats to floor. Fries all over the floor.

Kevin OThis was the most horrific experience I ever had trying to rent a vehicle. The "On Line" rental system refused to accept my sign-in, no one was available at the location, the 800 number had me wait, then once answered, told me they had to transfer me to another number where I could speak to a LIVE person immediately. However, the LIVE person was another HOLD for a representative, during which I call yet another number who was also unable to assist. FINALLY I did get a 'Call Back' during which they then had to walk me through you inefficient On-Line system, all of which made me 1 1/2 hours LATE for people waiting to move a household. My original rental was requested in one town, but your scheduler sent me to another town 13 miles further away from both my home and the work site. It was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! AN EXPERIENCE WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN!!!!
Thomas BJust an easy process. I was almost nervous thinking I was gonna be charged an extra $20 for not completing the return process thru a link on my phone. I am happy that they were able to see that I returned the equipment back on time and on full gas tank. But thank God, I was not charged this.

Jazmyn MThe truck AC was not working properly. It was working on my picking up the truck. On the highway the AC was on and off randomly. The wheels was in poor alignment. The steering wheel has to stay in two o'clock position to keep the truck move forward. The gas mileage was very poor, average 8 MPG from Iowa to Oregon with only half loaded in the truck

Gerald SApparently uhaul doesn't understand that when i reserve a trailer at a certain location, then i expect to pick up the trailer AT that location.

Griffin MGood experience overall. Wish that U-Haul would require masks for those who customers must interact with in person during the checkout process. Especially since the online pickup tool does not work well and so the only real option for pick up is in person. Thanks!
EDWARD BI HAD A QUESTIO AND HARRIS BOYZ GAVE ME CRAIGS NUMBER FROM UHAUL.. SO I GAVE HIM A CALL... THAT MADE ALL OF THE DIFFERENCE. (U HAUL)CRAIG ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS,HELPED WITH SOLUTIONS. WAS VERY HELPFUL,EFFICIENT,KNOWLEDGABLE,PROMPT,ALL WHILE KEEPING HIS PATIENCE AND POLITE.WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND ANYTHING I WAS EXPECTING. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH HIS WORK PERFORMANCE AS WELL AS ANY OBSTACLE WE CAME TO HE WAS THERE TO WALK ME THROUGH IT AND OFFER REASONABLE SOLUTIONS. AND MADE THEM PLAY OUT JUST AS HE STATED. HE MADE MY UHAUL EXPERIENCE A GOOD ONE. IT WAS TRUELY A BREATHE OF FRESH AIR. I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH. HIS KINDNESS AND THOUGHTFULNESS WAS NOT OVERLOOKED!! AGAIN THANK YOU,CRAIG!!
