Returned truck after hours and the return truck app. did not work. Called the Uhaul hotline and talked to customer service. She tried to help but, couldn't get app to work.

I wound up getting a brand new truck with only 1300 miles on it! It smelled like a new car!! I had no issues at all except for the mileage we got. I was able to extend my time without any additional costs due to traffic issues and moving help issues. I would definitely recommend U-Haul to anyone who needs a truck.

Víctor MI ordered a dolly and it was not on the truck. Also pick up and drop off was a very long process. My reservation time was changed without my knowledge.
Danielle LPlease keep up with your orders. I submitted my request a week prior to my move day, when I arrived at 9:30 to pick up the truck, the keys weren't ready. I rescheduled for 3:30, they put my reservation as 4:30 and when I arrived the keys STILL were not ready. The man at the counter told me he knew I had made the reservation, but "never got around to setting up the keys".

Robert Jwho in there right mind set up a furniture store to rent your equipment (he should be fired) the one guy there couldn't take care of our return, because he was trying to sell a couch. do you really think he knows how to prepair a truck to go to a customer? what were you guys thinking, setting up a furniture store, what's next a Pizza Hut. or is that where you got the guy that set up the furniture store?

DOUG DI've used U-haul a lot, and it's always the same suggestion... I cannot stress enough the importance of coordinating the online reservation process and info with the actual pick-up location. Sure, a rep calls after making the online reservation, but the info they provide is almost always incorrect, and any online info given is lost. It's ridiculous!! Once you get to your pick-up site, all is usually good... but man, the communication between online and pick-up site is terrrrible.

When it comes to moving, If you don't have the right equipment for the job then you're just wasting your time. We needed a Bigger Truck and these guys got on the horn to their Uhaul rep and he was on it.. These guys were awesome..

DOUG DGoing forward I would only rent a uhaul from an actual uhaul location. This was a furniture store and they were not familiar with the software used to rent uhauls. I also ordered a dolly and it was not in the truck. We did not find this out until we were at my house starting to pack up the truck.
Molly HHarmony is new to UHaul so they were not up to speed yet. Check out took too long - 45 minutes. Also the truck was short a quart of oil. Nice guys!
